More than enough space, clean parking great.
1. Mouse scratching in night. 2. Heat system noisy...but worked. 3. Coffee maker did not work in am.
The place was homely & comfortable,
The heating system was too loud.
people upstairs very noisy
Close to the village, nice studio but needs updating. Free parking
Full kitchen but dont have better equipment, no salt and pepper at least. No coffee maker, i have toask for one.washroom needs more cleaning, bathtub is filthy.couch is little dirty and the carpet needs updating.
I didn't like the fact that there was no wash cloth
We had the Deluxe Suite and were extremely happy with the location, fully-stocked kitchen and on-site amenities.
Both the sofa-bed and the double bed were quite uncomfortable. It was fine for the one night we stayed, but I would have been very tired without good sleep if we had to stay longer.
Nice accommodation with fully equipped kitchen, very useful with visitors with children. Only thing painful was sofa cum bed, not comfortable at all so don't count on it while considering the no of beds required. Other than that very good location & price.
Sofa cum bed, very uncomfortable ...
Noisy neighbours upstairs. This place is loud, especially when they seem to be moving furniture at 2 am.
the kitchen equipment and the facilities. There is no indoor pool with jacuzzi. The staff was rude and the condo was not clean plus it was smelling cigarette inside. The oven and burner was not working properly
My daughter and I stayed at Mountain Springs for only one night it was so beautiful we wish we could have stayed longer. This resort is close to the village with free shuttle service and Alan was great. Thanks Mountain Springs cant wait to return!!
Front desk staff are very efficient, friendly and pleasant. We brought our dog with us, they gave us a studio suite (9611) with upper loft, with no adjacent neighbors. We appreciate that very much. They are also very flexible when it comes to early check-in and late check-out and the suite is located in a quiet area, so we had a very relaxing stress free weekend getaway. They also provided extra towels and toilet paper. We didn't cook but the kitchenette had got everything including paper towel and a tea pot. There is complimentary shuttle bus service to the village and the drivers are very nice, we were dropped off at our building instead of the administration building at night.
They actually debited my credit card for the deposit and hold the funds for 4-5 days and then reversed the charge. I called them and the lady very politely explained to me the refund would be credited by Thursday the latest (we stayed over the weekend Sept 27-28 and the deposit was charged on Saturday). This is the only issue that I wasn't thrilled about. Other than that, this is a fantastic resort.
The overall cleanliness of the unit left much to be desired. We were afraid to turn the fan on because there was so much dust on it. The same for the upstairs windows haven't been cleaned or dusted in some time. When we move a chair in the sitting area there was depris under it. All the windows were streaked with dirt
It was clean, good location, had everything you need to cook in the kitchen.
The smoke from outside came in our room even with the windows closed. You could hear people walking around above you.
Very much like the place my fiance and I rented in Mont Tremblant - kitchen with almost all cooking and eating apparatus. Perfect for a get away and you want to cook own food and are staying a few days or more.
Kitchen while stocked with cooking supplies, did not have any towels or sponges to wash the dishes so we had to leave them. Pillows did not have pillow cases so had to go to front desk to get them.
Quiet place, 3 minute drive into the village, parking was good
Lodges had a foul smell, bedding was dirty but there was no management or anyone after hours to help... Also saw a couple spiders in the kitchen area which was very gross.
The beds were not comfortable because of hardness.
The staff were friendly and courteous. The location of the resort is convenient, especially with the availability of the shuttle service. Our sweet included kitchen facilities which were also very convenient.
We felt that overall the resort is in need of some repairs and cosmetic updates to make the overall experience more pleasant.
Close to Blue Mountain and Village. It was our second time staying there.
Spiderwebs in rooms, bottle with cigarette butts on deck. No free Internet
Third time staying here so yes I do like the places and the value for your money! The shuttle service is a big bonus!
This time around our room had quite a few things wrong with it! The dishes were wet in the cupboard and still half dirty, the closet fell off the track as soon as we opened it (which they better not charge for damages) the heater/AC upstairs wasn't working, the fire place wasn't working, the stove had some burners that didn't work and the box spring was all stained within vision!!! Probably the worst one so far although we were happy with the extra room they gave us for free!
The price with that location is fair
the room is too small for big group of people
I liked the grounds. It's located in a nice, mature area. The pool is clean. The suites are a good size and clean.
I thought the upkeep of the exterior part of the chalets was poor. There was a lot of rust on the doors and porches and a lot of spider webs.
Kitchen Living room arrangement Decor Bathroom Cleanliness
Bed was a bit too firm
Every thing l like
close to village full kitchen parking 2 bathrooms
Pull out couch was unusable for sleeping (totally worn out; springs poking kids through paper thin mattress) - we needed 3 beds! Having 3 beds was why we booked this accommodation. Not the cleanest Had a problem with big, black ants Screen door covered in webs; didn't therefore use deck at all. Sheets/blankets kept on floor of closet rather than on shelf (not the cleanest storage) One person at front desk on check-in - slow; people getting annoyed in line No blinds on large loft window so always too much light coming in for sleeping Air conditioning didn't work; would not have been impressed if it was a hot weekend
