My boyfriend and I just got back from spending 2 days here and it was beautiful. We had a rough Thursday and both ended up working late so we were unable to make it before 9 but the front desk processed out deposit and gave us the key code for our unit over the phone and even called back to give us an upgraded suite (which was amazing!) I was worried about the customer service after reading some reviews of this place but every single person we dealt with was incredibly helpful. Our unit (402) was immaculate and we had an amazing and much needed time away from the big city. I'm horrible with names but a huge thank you to anyone who worked the front desk from dec 4-6 I'm sure I talked to everyone at some point!
Good value for condo unit. Liked kitchen facility. Liked having living room area. Liked location. Liked availability of hot tub.
Pull out couch was terrible. Not enough towels or shampoo. Would have preferred free wifi.
Everything you need in a compact little unit. Great for a few days away but I would not want to be stuck there at length!
The beds are awful!!!!!!!!!!!! Awful. Awful.
- Good Location - Staff was friendly and reception was very welcoming upon arrival
Overall satisfaction was very poor for the following reasons: 1) We were assigned room 211 on the second level. There was no light on as we were making our way to the room and the stairs were not maintained. We walked inside and the front light would not turn so we had to unpack the car in the dark making it dangerous with the snow and ice on the stairs. This is a major liability issue that the resort should address. 2) As we settled in, we tried to get the fire place working. We were unable to locate the remote to turn it on. 3) We contacted front desk and they sent maintenance to help us. He was able to change the light bulb for the light outside, however he was unable to get the fireplace working. He was not surprised that these were issues we were experiencing. He also advised that he is mainly focused on the places where people spend upwards of $3,000.00. We found this insulting as this weekend cost us a lot of money, however we weren't classified as "important" due to the "minimal" amount we spent. 4) Shower head upstairs was not working properly. You have to hold it up the entire time in order to properly have a shower. 5) Went to contact front desk about these issues and the phone in the room was "Out of Service". Costing us extra money on long distance. 6) Dish washer was not working properly. The soap would not dispense, leaving us with dirty dishes. The room did not include dish soap for the sink.
-location -size of unit -pricing
1)we checked in at front desk; upon arrival at the unit, it was unclean and not prepared. 2)no means of contacting front desk from the unit. 3)only one residential size hot tub for the whole complex to share; located at front office; too far from the units.
My wife and I came up for a weekend without the kids with our dog Mattie. We walked and relaxed and soaked in the atmosphere of the quaint but bustling village. We simply had a great time and the weekend from start to finish was perfect right down to the very pleasant shuttle drivers who were very accommodating and informative. Thanks
Can't say we found anything we didn't like to be honest.
two stories and separate bathroom on the upper floor/bedroom; skylight-lots of light; airy-open concept, large and comfortable beds
dated kitchen supplies and appliances
Dirty (ceiling fan covered in dust, dust everywhere from view of loft) Dishwasher full but not cleaned or emptied Never use the pull-out couch
The room was clean and the staff was friendly.
Our room did not have any heat. I called at 1:30am to fix and left a voice mail but heard nothing. We told the staff team at check out and they assured us that management would get back to me but I'm still waiting for that call. Doesn't matter what price you pay, a room needs heat!!!
The area is full of activity and geographical beauty
The accommodations are extremely dated, no heat, smoke detectors absent, dirty dishes in cupboards
More than enough space, clean parking great.
1. Mouse scratching in night. 2. Heat system noisy...but worked. 3. Coffee maker did not work in am.
The place was homely & comfortable,
The heating system was too loud.
people upstairs very noisy
Close to the village, nice studio but needs updating. Free parking
Full kitchen but dont have better equipment, no salt and pepper at least. No coffee maker, i have toask for one.washroom needs more cleaning, bathtub is filthy.couch is little dirty and the carpet needs updating.
I didn't like the fact that there was no wash cloth
We had the Deluxe Suite and were extremely happy with the location, fully-stocked kitchen and on-site amenities.
Both the sofa-bed and the double bed were quite uncomfortable. It was fine for the one night we stayed, but I would have been very tired without good sleep if we had to stay longer.
Nice accommodation with fully equipped kitchen, very useful with visitors with children. Only thing painful was sofa cum bed, not comfortable at all so don't count on it while considering the no of beds required. Other than that very good location & price.
Sofa cum bed, very uncomfortable ...
Noisy neighbours upstairs. This place is loud, especially when they seem to be moving furniture at 2 am.
the kitchen equipment and the facilities. There is no indoor pool with jacuzzi. The staff was rude and the condo was not clean plus it was smelling cigarette inside. The oven and burner was not working properly
My daughter and I stayed at Mountain Springs for only one night it was so beautiful we wish we could have stayed longer. This resort is close to the village with free shuttle service and Alan was great. Thanks Mountain Springs cant wait to return!!
Front desk staff are very efficient, friendly and pleasant. We brought our dog with us, they gave us a studio suite (9611) with upper loft, with no adjacent neighbors. We appreciate that very much. They are also very flexible when it comes to early check-in and late check-out and the suite is located in a quiet area, so we had a very relaxing stress free weekend getaway. They also provided extra towels and toilet paper. We didn't cook but the kitchenette had got everything including paper towel and a tea pot. There is complimentary shuttle bus service to the village and the drivers are very nice, we were dropped off at our building instead of the administration building at night.
They actually debited my credit card for the deposit and hold the funds for 4-5 days and then reversed the charge. I called them and the lady very politely explained to me the refund would be credited by Thursday the latest (we stayed over the weekend Sept 27-28 and the deposit was charged on Saturday). This is the only issue that I wasn't thrilled about. Other than that, this is a fantastic resort.
The overall cleanliness of the unit left much to be desired. We were afraid to turn the fan on because there was so much dust on it. The same for the upstairs windows haven't been cleaned or dusted in some time. When we move a chair in the sitting area there was depris under it. All the windows were streaked with dirt
It was clean, good location, had everything you need to cook in the kitchen.
The smoke from outside came in our room even with the windows closed. You could hear people walking around above you.
Very much like the place my fiance and I rented in Mont Tremblant - kitchen with almost all cooking and eating apparatus. Perfect for a get away and you want to cook own food and are staying a few days or more.
Kitchen while stocked with cooking supplies, did not have any towels or sponges to wash the dishes so we had to leave them. Pillows did not have pillow cases so had to go to front desk to get them.
