the hotel was based in a quiet area, the staff were all polite and helpful especially the chambermaid who was kind and friendly. The room was clean and tidy and we had a pleasant stay. we also found the breakfast to be very good. we only had one small problem with the heating. |

The hotel was great it was a short walking distance to the falls and everything else. The beds was very comfortable and clean. We didn't like it that there wasn't a mini fridge in the room. |

I was not happy with the fact that you had a very poor choice of television stations and no movie choices. |

Free internet, spacious room, comfortable bed A/C was blowing warm air, no window can open, no shower, Whirlpool in the middle of the room is not a good idea. Toilet too small, have to squeeze in to close the door behind. |

We did shopping, watched the falls, walked and went to casino The hotel could use an additional elevator. Also did not know about the $10.00 parking until we arrived. |

The location was good, in walking distance to almost everything there is to see and do in Niagara Falls tourist area. Needs a business centre or at least a printer so guests could print. Also, front desk staff weren't very knowledgeable about the area. |

It was clean and comfortable; appropriate for a family stay, given more pricey alternatives. I liked that it was close in proximity to the Clifton Hill tourist area, yet not directly in the centre of it. It was a little too basic; more amenities would have been appreciated, for example a mini fridge to keep our beverages cool and an iron/ironing board. Also, our bathtub drain was slightly clogged and there was no working fan in the bathroom. In general, I feel that the Niagara hotels are very over-priced. You should be able to get a night's accomodation (clean and comfortable) for a more reasonable price. It is neither budget nor family friendly. Also, the traffic at the continental breakfast was bursting at the seams.. needs to be more accomodating and accessible. Still, we enjoyed our stay. |

The breakfast sucks. Also to much noise in hallway in hotels while sleeping. Called staff nothing was done. I will never go back to this hotel or any of my clients from work and family. I would never recommend it at all. |

Being able to walk to Falls. Being able to enjoy all the activities. Continental Breakfast was great, and plentiful, and fresh. Too small of an area around toilet, but bathroom and room in excellent condition and clean. Pool area was not ventilated enough - way too stuffy, steamy and warm. |

It was an ideal location. The first night we stayed we did not have a extra bed when we had asked for one. the breakfast area was not big enough. |

Close to the falls The continental breakfast offered was the worse I have ever seen. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. $438 for two nights, with the draw of a breakfast and there was dry cereal and old bread at best. Very disappointed. |

The jacuzzi was good, the sauna, the location. The breakfast was horrible, Tim horton's staff. It's good to wake up earlier to avoid the line, but you could get some staff from the day before... |
