Days Inn - Niagara Falls, Near the Falls  

The staff at the Days Inn made up for the fact that what was described on line wasn't what we got.The room was small and dated but clean.The front desk staff was great the one person Shanna went out of her way for us.Not only did she get us everything we needed she was more than happy to get us information on the ride across the gorge(really cool),as well as what was a good place to eat,anything we needed.Thanks to all the staff you made our stay so much better.

I didn't like that the pictures didn't match the room we saw on line.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Large room with comfy beds.

No eggs and bacon for breakfast

The hospitality was amazing. Very friendly, very informative.

The continental breakfast was not good. Needs improvement.

Room was very clean and Staff went out of thier way to assist us with everything .

Hotel was very clean. Room was ready for us when we arrived and staff were courteous. Very good value for the price.

Close to downtown

Small bathroom and shower was a joke

Bed, the staff were very helpful and accommodating.

The pool water seemed cloudy, my boyfriend chipped his teeth on the bottom concrete (no diving whatsoever), misjudged the depth of the water.

The room was very old with some needed upgrades and improvements especially in the bathroom area.... the bathroom had a heart shape tub which was funny but very 90s..... there also was no shower, I had to hold the shower head while my fiance showered not practical at all. We where suppised to stay for 2 nights and decided to change hotels after the first night.

I found it to be very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were great and breakfast was good.

great location, close to clifton hill. was able to wak to everything we wanted to see.

Was unaware of the parking fee. upon check in when i asked the male clerk why our total was different then what was displayed online he said its because of the taxes. he did not state there was a parking fee per night of stay. i was surprised because the tax calculation seemed high. it wasn't until i discussed with a friend who was staying at the same hotel that he explained its due to the parking fee. Not impressed with the clerk brushing of my concern with the fee difference. I have a had time recommending this hotel to others if the clerks are not trained accordingly to answer billing questions.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable and clean.

Easy, convienient, walking distance to attractions. Friendly. Security on site.

Not enough parking , had to park in designated lot across the street, yet no real big deal.

The person who checked my wife and I charged my credit card $50 for a security deposit and called it a pre-authorization charge .With out notifying myself of the charge. I had to phone my credit card compony to find out why my card was not going through. Then I had to wait longer in the lobby until he checked in other guests then I had to argue what he did wrong . He also did not mention the continental breakfast to my wife and I. we asked for a room on the seventh floor and he said there were none available when there was and the lady that was working that nite as well went out of her way to tell my wife that there is one available thats probably the only good experience we had checking in. The room (701) was disgusting stains on the carpet the wall paper was bubbled and peeling in the middle of the nite the air unit cover fell off and woke us out of bed . I did not like the fact that you had to get off the toilet to get at the toilet paper .
