Price was great. Check-in was easy. Didn't stay in room other than sleeping, so that was good. for the price, this was perfect. I can't really say that anything was bad....we came down for a concert and got three rooms. We were all happy.

The room is small but very comfortable, which is exactly what I want. Besides, the surroundings are beautiful as well. It is just good to tour around to see the Queen's Park, museums and other old buildings. So mostly I have to bring everything like the Internet cable, towel, toothbrush, etc.. But considering the clean room, good neighborhood and the price, it is totally ok. but for the travelers, they just need to do a research first to see what they need to bring by themselves.

That someone could provide a key when I locked my self out of my room (I went to brush my teeth) no... No the security was excellent and someone available 24/7 apart from that the friendliness and diversity of guest I would both stay there again and recommend it. No one gave me a present or something for free the whole time I was there

Very clean, low allergen environment, common room with microwave, fridge, stove and TV. Laundry room convenient. Staff very nice. Global travellers were fun. Bed was hard and the window opens but not all the way.

Very good, nice clean room, affortable price. However, the bathroom is not attached with the room that make it a bit inconvenient especially late at night.

With this price College residence is very good place to stay. Hotel staff was helpful; there was common kitchen and lounge with TV and clean washroom and toilets. Sometimes I heard some loud neighbors and free breakfast option can be added to the facilities to add value to this hotel.

You get what you pay for, and it's good value: clean, safe accommodation with use of communal kitchen and bathroom facilities. Think "hostel" not "hotel", with a luggage storage room if you want to dump your baggage whilst travelling elsewhere. Reception Desk in adjacent building staffed out-of hours by students with varying degrees of efficiency; student cafeteria (not cheap) available at breakfast time. There's plenty of food alternatives in easy walking distance, and bus stops right outside the door. Adequate a/c during recent heatwave. Quiet during my stay, but noisy neighbours would definitely be heard.

It won't appeal to everyone - it is student accommodation, after all - but it's cheap, clean, comfortable and right in the middle of the city. For me, this was a return trip and I'd certainly stay there again.

It's a well located low budget accommodation for back-packers and city-trip participants. Good public transportation access and a safe place to stay. The reception desk operating 24/7 with friendly people, storage room for luggage available too. The room is rather modest but has all necessary equipment while staying for a couple of days. The is a shared bathroom (one on each floor only) but very clean and so is the shared kitchen (microwave, fridge, oven), however with no utensils to use. It still may be a much better option than a hostel thanks to the single occupancy room option for a small amount of money which makes it overall a good value for money.

Location is great, not far from the numerous restaurants in Chinatown. It is also not far from Bloor Street. Relatively cheap and I still can have my own room. Room is very basic. The shared bathroom is not as nice as I hope (however, this is a college dorm, so that is not a surprise.)

It was inexpensive. Also, there was a fan, which was great as the temperature was 33 degrees. It was an ok place if you're only there to sleep. The room is small, but the main problem was how shabby-looking everything was. I'm sure that the sheets were clean, but there was some sticky stuff on the wall (which is partly concrete). Also, there was no wireless Internet for non- u of t students, as you needed a password, which the front desk staff didn't provide. They told me to go to the library instead.

It was on u of t campus and close to most downtown places. The price was really good for the single room which was clean and fairly well maintained. My room was facing Spadina and it was quite noisy at night due to running streetcars. I used ear plugs for good night sleep.

Perfect location, in walking distance to major sights and attractions. Also the tram stop is right in front of the building and next metro station is about 5-10 minutes away. Staff was helpful and friendly. The room itself was clean and came with a towel and sheets. Unfortunately there was no wireless internet but if you're bring a cable or $ 5 you can use the internet. It was not noisy.
