The view from our room

Socks found in our pull out couch Nobody came in to clean our room the next day while we were out No fresh towels No wifi Almost every time we went down nobody was at the desk Ice machine only on one floor when the sign in elevator says it'd be on 3 different ones Not very friendly at the desk at check in or check out

Nothing would never stay here again or recommend anyone.

I couldn't use my visa because there machines were down and ice machines were not work not a signal one. When I call for help no answer. The rooms where miss towels and not clean.

The room itself was ok, besides the fireplace not working and most of the lights being burnt out. Friendly staff when we checked in .

There was nothing in the room ( cups, soap etc) The hotel seems to be under renovations which is fine , but there were bags of garbage in the middle of the floor when you got off the elevator. Seems very poorly run .

Customer service was very great and the style was upcoming and comfortable

The hotel was tired and run down. The hotel smelled like cigarettes. The carpets were tired and worn out, the shower was old and looked disgusting. We left early in the morning because no one wanted to be there. Was not worth the money spent. Will not be back and will let our friends know of the experience.

Room was freezing, we wernt aware there was no morning breakfast on the site it said there was, there was no pool like featured. Just horrible. I will neve go here again. And your "staff" is poor. For the ammount of money i paid to stay here i should have included what wasnt.

The price and the location.

Thought it was a dump

The hotel was dirty our room's wallpaper was falling off and mold behind. Water was coming in. Unbelievable.

The best part of this hotel was the Receptionist Lady and the beds were comfortable.

I did not like the location, parking was very crappy, hallways were very dirty, clientel that was there was not respectful of the property.

Not much honestly pretty much the only saving grace was the cost

I didn't like the fact that we were supposed to have a falls view room only to find out that there are no views of the falls from this hotel because it is too far away. When leaving my room to go get ice I was told by two guys that live at the hotel not to get the ice on the 4th floor because that is where hookers go and it's pretty filthy. The elevators were really dirty didn't really want to touch anything honestly. I would not recommend this hotel.

Location, comfort and Price

Need more staff in the evening/night time between 6pm-10pm long line to check in! our room 704 the jacuzzi tub didn't work and we were looking forward to using that

It wasn't in the middle of all the crowd but it was close enough to walk to.

I didn't like that the room didn't have a fridge or even a kettle. We also had a few insects in our room.

they lied on the internet that they have wifi. no wifi ni fridge no microwave no coffee maker

I originally liked the price but after taxes and other fees, it wasnt much cheaper than some of the nicer hotels closer to the casino. I like the free parking.

The hotel is very dirty, the rooms are small, the beds need to be replaced, the bathrooms need to be upgraded, the entire hotel needs to be gutted and revamped as there are stains everywhere.

It was quite far from the falls.

Not clean, cockroaches in the ice machine where there was no ice, vending machines broken or sold out. No maintenance on site, lobby washrooms were not maintained and had a very foul odour. Stains on the comforters. No indoor pool when it was advertise that they had both indoor and outdoor.

Everything was good

No fridge or mini bar in the room. Hadn't been cleaned properly. Small outdoor swimming pool. Indoor swimming pool was closed although it was chilly outside. Loud music till early morning.

Nothing was outstanding

Hotel needs updated. Room was a little dirty. Carpets were nasty.

It was clean and the staff where friendly .the hotel is a little too far away from the falls to walk to with young children ,but there his plenty of parking.lilttle tip we went early in the morning (10 ish) and only paid $5 when we returned to the car at 12.00 it was $15.

Nothing... Staff were horrible. Absolutley nothing good about this hotel. They rushed us out from 9 am. Even though they said we were allowed to check out at 1.30 pm

Location was pretty good in proximity to the falls

This hotel is in a dirty neighborhood, and unfortunately the hotel itself is pretty dirty. However, our room was ok. The sheets and bathroom were clean, and the price was very reasonable. The outside pool was too dirty to let my kids swim. We were there to see Niagara falls, and we used the hotel just to sleep in.
