눉my husband and I never had experiencing such "unforgettable"
stays in the hotel, we've been planning to get away and want to booked a king bed with a hot tub, a basic of a ordinary 3 star hotel would have, but unfortunately this Niagara Plaza should only be, not even a 2 star hotel.....we're so disappointed , we paid $185.00(w/tax), we couldn't use the tub,cuz it's not clean has black stains on,; we did not sit on the sofa, it was stains with drinks and sauce some where,;coffee table has some cigarette ash,; the carpet was not cleaned.; no remote control for TV,; the door access card did not work at single time, we have to run from 9th floor to lobby frequently.; the hotel has no coffee or tea, but this is the least thing in our list , we really aren't a fussy people, but we thought we should bring up all these point, hope the hotel can improve.... but, we get ignored by the management; I gave words to the front desk, leave my phone#, hoping the manager Max would call me, but i waited 3 days he did not , so I called up few times, never could get a hold with him, and I can't understand one thing is, each time I always spoken with different staff, but none of once they apologize and every time I've leave message, the manager Max never call me not even once, how poor the customer service of Niagara Plaza Hotel !!unbelieveble!
