    We got there and the hotel was not open they where closed for some reason and they didn't even call us to let us know so we got to Niagara Falls with no where to stay

    every things was brooken .no clineing no safty swiming pool very darty and cold water bugs in side we are very disopinted for our trip.our kids feel bad no lights all broken when we asked they give us one light.

    First of all I think I'm going to call the bbb and Health and Safety.The room was dirty and that is an understatement (had to clean it myself),Friends had to sit in my room until 8pm before there room was ready,no alarm clock, no fire alarm,no towels in room, hotel was dirty, all ice machines out of order,no air circulation, the front desk staff were friendly but slow. I felt like someone was in my room when I wasn't there, I know it wasn't the maid because she didn't clean my room in the two nights I was there even when I requested it. I forgot to mention the blood all over the lobby bathroom that someone had smeared all over and it looked like it started to get cleaned up but was left due to the line up of people that were complaining about the hotel and their rooms. Do not stay at this hotel!

    I can tell you that looks can really be deceiving, especially from the pictures online.This was probably one of the sketchiest hotels I have ever stayed in. The glass of their back door was shattered, but kept together with tape and left that way, their elevator's safety check expired over a year ago, and their carpets were stained and dirty. Their computer system was apparently "down", but it was obvious that they are going under. Also, their indoor pool was empty of water. The desk staff said that is due to the fact that they will be going under renovations after the summer, but that is very doubtful as no hotel can be run under such lack of safety and cleanliness. The desk staff were courteous enough, but that can hardly compensate from hearing the "eeewwws" of other tenants as they entered their rooms for the night. Apparently they were stuck paying for a hotel they didn't want either.

    The location was in walking distance to restaurants.

    very unclean. Almost unsanitary like. Some rooms had no fire detectors. There weren't any clean towels. Had to wait to have it cleaned.Only able to check in at 3:00 and not any earlier than that. Short staffed. long check in time which seemed to be very complicated.Cards did not work after 24 hrs after paying for 48. Prostitutes in area. Online information on hotel misrepresents the pool and the restaurant. The pool is actually outside and there is no restaurant. More of a 1-2 star hotel.

    The parking was free and the price was reasonable, but not worth it with all the stuff we had to endour.

    I had to change my room 5 times. The shower head was broken and no one was able to repair it so we can stay in our 1st room. We kept having to change rooms because the fire chief closed floors 7 - 11 and then finally closed down the whole hotel. We were asked to vacate the hotel because it was being closed down because they had not complied with the fire safety regulations. The staff did not find us a new hotel, instead we had to call around and look for a new hotel along with our 3 children. So instead of enjoying the day we had to search for a new hotel on the busiest days in the Falls. It was not a relaxing vacation with all this stuff going on with this hotel. We kept having to pack and repack our luggage and move, that is ridiculous. I would never stay at this hotel again.

    The woman at the front desk who checked us in. Patient and polite. Person who cleaned our room did a great job! The view from our room was great. The breakfast place - Golden Griddle located short walk away from our hotel.

    Hotel is quite run down and not very clean (halls / elevator). Check- in took approximately 45 minutes. Hotel seemed short staffed. Only the outdoor pool was in use. My vehicle was damaged in the back parking lot. Hooker was working the street across from the hotel on one of the mornings of our stay.

    The location

    The staff was absolutely terrible, they were not helpful at all. We didn't have a remote for our room, then when I tried calling down to the front desk for one, the phone didn't work. So I went down to the front desk, and they gave me a remote and said "we'll see if we can get you a new phone". I go back up to the room, and it doesn't work, so I have to go down yet again, and they said they needed new batteries so they would get them to us the next morning. The next morning they never showed up, so I had to go for a third time to the front desk and ask about it. We finally got someone up there to fix the remote, because it turned out it wasn't the batteries that was making it not work. Finally, both of the elevators had expired licenses to run. They expired on Nov 1/12. I felt very unsafe about using these elevators even more so because there were several times when the elevators would not move and I had been told several times that people had gotten stuck in them because they would just stop working. This hotel is by far the worst I've ever come to. Frankly I think we deserve money back for the terrible stay.

    The room was spacious and the hotel was in close to the major attractions.

    Front counter service, broken jacuzzi, no working smoke detectors in room, dirty hallways, phone in room didn't work, maids barging in the room without knocking before check out time, room wasn't ready at check in time, air conditioner only had one setting (cold and on high), only one ice machine and it was broken. Overall horrible experience with many upset customers.

    my husband and I never had experiencing such "unforgettable" stays in the hotel, we've been planning to get away and want to booked a king bed with a hot tub, a basic of a ordinary 3 star hotel would have, but unfortunately this Niagara Plaza should only be, not even a 2 star hotel.....we're so disappointed , we paid $185.00(w/tax), we couldn't use the tub,cuz it's not clean has black stains on,; we did not sit on the sofa, it was stains with drinks and sauce some where,;coffee table has some cigarette ash,; the carpet was not cleaned.; no remote control for TV,; the door access card did not work at single time, we have to run from 9th floor to lobby frequently.; the hotel has no coffee or tea, but this is the least thing in our list , we really aren't a fussy people, but we thought we should bring up all these point, hope the hotel can improve.... but, we get ignored by the management; I gave words to the front desk, leave my phone#, hoping the manager Max would call me, but i waited 3 days he did not , so I called up few times, never could get a hold with him, and I can't understand one thing is, each time I always spoken with different staff, but none of once they apologize and every time I've leave message, the manager Max never call me not even once, how poor the customer service of Niagara Plaza Hotel !!unbelieveble!

    Dirty. Stinky. Busted entrance light. Arrived with almost empty roll of toilet paper, and when i asked for replenishment, housekeeping attendant had to inspect first before giving a roll. Door card key sucks. Doesnt work most of the time. Found condom packet on the side of the bed. Towels with hair. Dirty shower curtains. Dirty Covered parking.

    Location was great

    One elavater worked which caused long waiting to get off 4th floor. Had to carry double stroller and two small kids down stairs due to 25 wait for it. Shower head leaked and sprayed all over bathroom Room was not ready when we entered the room. Beds were un made and not cleaned.

    Facility was extremely dirty, the indoor pool was closed with no water in it, the outdoor pool was dirty and had dirty broken lawn chairs, the hallways and foyers did not have a/c or at least it was not on; no microwave, mini fridge in room; room was ok, no carpeting and bathroom vanity but everything else was old and outdated. The supposed attached restaurant and night club was closed down. We were very disappointed in this hotel and would not stay there again.

    I didnt like the fact that my shower didnt have a shower curtain, the shower barely worked, there was no garbage can in the room, no ice machines in the building were working, 1 of the 2 elevators were not in service, 5 rooms on our floor were covered in mold! The reason I can see the mold was because the doors had massive holes in them! overall. terrible experience - never staying here again!

    Well the hotel itself is not clean. The spa tub was cracked and the entire room needs some serious cleaning. The sheets on the bed smell bad especially pillow cases. There is no coffee maker in the room, the door key didn't work properly we had it changed twice in same day. Outside of the hotel was scary when we came to the hotel after midnight there was no parking spaces available so we went to the underground parking. The door from the garage to the hotel was locked so we had to walk all the way around and there is no outdoor lights around hotel and on its parking lot! Overall I would say it was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. It's not worth $180, and I would never go back

    The location was good to drive to Niagara Falls and the outlets.

    The room was dirty, the shower did not work, there was a constant beeping noise through the night. Our sheets were dirty and when it was brought to the attention of the staff they were rude when it came to helping us. The next morning when I went to talk to the manager the only thing he offered was a free night or $50 off. I do not think I should pay for the horrible stay and would like booking.com to contact me personally as the hotel said you were the one to talk to.

    l liked how friendly the staff were...while l was there l got sick and had to go th the hospital..the staff was so caring and they made me feel like l was important to them..thank you.

    The hotel was shut down by the firefighters. There was a gas leak. I expect a complimentary gesture from the hotel.
