Close to new outlet mall and great area
I didn't like that I was told one price for my stay and when I arrived it was more and no one looked into it for me.
The restaurant served delicious food for reasonable price. the Front Staff at the Dorm were good & responsive. The staff at the Winery and the Distillary were very helpful and provided wonderful suggestions about the products to purchase for gifts.
The cleaning staff was not responsive. I asked that they changed the shower curtain which appeared to be soiled at the bottom and didn't get one until the front desk got involved. I have to add that the shower restroom, basinette & kitchen were all very clean. actually it appeared that the curtain was clean except for the bottom 4 inches that appeared to have some mold but I could not be sure since it might have bee permanently stained even though it might have been sanitized. difficult to prove .
I liked how quiet it was, we couldn't hear anyone else. I also liked the kindness of the staff.
I didn't like that there seemed to be lacking organization. I asked for an extra cot twice and was unimpressed that it was not in our room when we got back late at night. I also asked for shampoo by calling the desk and didn't receive that either.
There was a really good price for a room with a kitchenette and 2 rooms. Great for traveling with a group. Also, it was bike friendly and included a great breakfast.
Lacking proper blinds in bedrooms.
The location and setting, very welcoming Front Desk, Continental Breakfast
Lake of kitchen equipment which I should have realized. No seating area in rooms except in lobby
Next to outlets ease to find near Niagara Cheap Free Parking
Breakfast was chaos Bit tired round the edges Very limited kitchen
Showers were very slow with little water coming out in the 3 rooms we used.
Good location and good value for the money.
No Wi-Fi in the rooms but you could connect with an Ethernet connection. No bath tub, just a stand up shower.
The staff...room..beds were comfortable. Nice breakfast and access to coffee..tea
Could not open window more..but realize safety concern for students.
This is a wonderful property. Very well maintained, polite staff, good location to major highway and all at an incredible price. I will definitely stay here again.
The last morning there were two bus loads of young people having breakfast. Due to the crowd we went to McDonalds. This was my 3rd time staying at the Niagara on the Lake centre and I would stay again. Perfect for my 91 year old mother to use her walker. Tons of room in the suite. Thanks
Not being able to have breakfast there our last day and wifi only in the lobby.
It's a very good location to visit Niagara region.
There was not enough cofee at breakfast.
The rooms were very dark and dreary. Cement block walls are not comforting. Better lighting in the rooms would have been nice. A mirror in each bedroom as well as the bathroom. There was barely any water pressure in the shower, hard to rinse shampoo and conditioner.
$130 for a dorm room is a bit ridiculous!
Free coffee tea continental breakfast...price was ok for the location 17 min from Niagara on the lake for the wedding we were going to
No signs directions were poor given on the site construction was going on I didn't know it was a college campus and we went onto Niagara Falls thru Niagara on the lKe and finially found the place...a sign is needed... The bedspread had 2 pee spots which were shown to the maid and quickly changed for us
location is great in the trees, mountains and vineyards, low price, roomy suites, free and nice coffee
no wifi in the room the reception told me they have no invoice to give
Location close to qew and convenient for Niagara very helpful reception. We were stuck without any map when qew was closed due to an accident and the girl on reception went out of her way to find us the best route and give us detailed instructions for us.
The damp and musty smell in our room, though may have just been our particular room. The hotel was very hard to locate due to it being on a college site and therefore had signage to the college rather than the Residence and Conference Centre which was the sign we were looking for.
2 bedroom suits are very good for families with children
lightening is not sufficient, esp in the main area, hard to see
Excellent facilities for a family. We had a suite with 2 bedrooms and a common eating area, ideal for young children for a fantastic price per night. Nice grounds. Very helpful staff with information about the Falls and Niagara on the lake. If you like shopping, its also very close to the new Niagara outlet stores. Tea and coffee available at all times in lobby.
Breakfast was a little crowded, but still good (included in room price). No wifi in the rooms (it is available in the lobby), but they will provide ethernet cables for free if your computer works with that.
Location to the new Outlet Mall, a short drive from Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake.
Door to one bedroom in 607 squeaks badly.
Breakfast included, clean apartment style room, accommodating staff
Institutional feel - but these are dorms after all
Price good Staff warm welcoming Breakfast fresh fruit
I liked how close it was to the new outlet mall as well as the price. It was a good deal as we were sharing the cost. And it's always handy having a kitchen area.
I didn't like that we were going to be charged $20 because we arrived e.arly. I also thought there still should have been at least a hair dryer in the room-I survived without an iron
price is great. Suites are comfortable. There should be minimal cutlery and plates provided
awkward location for either Niagara Falls or Niagara-on-the-Lake Cannot be helped
