Thanks to the reviews already posted I had an idea of what to expect. The bed and pillows were better than some 4 star hotels I've stayed at. without even entering the room my boyfriend decided to speak to the owners about upgrading to a room with a hot tub. I expect the cheaper room must have been much worst
The dirty carpet The not so clean feeling bedsheets. I think it was lint or something but it just did not look out feel clean.I refused to let the blanket touch me
price but wouldn't come here again!!!!
Rudeness and the others that stay would knock on our door and ask us for stuff
Staff was friendly and even told us that we did not have to rush when it came to checkout. Room was clean. It was good for a one night stay when you don't plan to hang out at the motel a lot since there is not a lot going on around it. TV had a lot of channels for a motel.
Breakfast consisted of bagels and cereal. Not very good but at least there was something. Was not as close to the falls and Clifton hills as expected. With construction around the inn, it made it more difficult to travel. If you want to be in walking distance, this is not the place for you.
I called to change my reservation. The old man who is in charge doesn't hear well and also can't speak clear. I planned to stay on sunday but in the end I called him to change my reservation to saturday. He told me that everything was ok but at my arrival he charged me for two days and asked me my credit card to refund me one day. When I came back to Spain I discovered that he charged me the two days (I satyed just one) and refunded me no money. He was aggressive and with no manners. I understand that it's a tough place (people lying on their beds in underpants drinking beers with the doors opened, the common facilities seem a hobo refugee) and he has to be tough. It was a sad experience.
This place was dirty, filthy and run down. Doesn't look like it's seen a cleaning crew since 1960. The halls smelled of Indian food and cat piss. The shower door nearly fell off. I felt itchy all night. The breakfast consisted of coffee and milk in a bag, warm orange juice and bagels with fruit flies IN THE BAG. Nasty place. The Internet was complicated to turn on....the old man desk clerk was grumpy and barely spoke English so he was no help. I definitely paid too much to stay at this dump. I thought I was getting a deal but turns out 75 a night isn't such a bargain when you feel like you are crawling out of your own skin.
Curtains - need repair No whole grain choice for breakfast
The room was gross, the mirrors had huge smears on them. And it looks run down. They give you the remote at the counter... sat on the bed and it squawked at me.
I was sold a SMOKING room. I payed for a NON Smoking.
Good bed location economical
Run down a bit with age
The continental breakfast, although not great, was the best part of our stay. Parking was convenient.
Everything in the room was falling apart. No Wi-Fi in room, although advertised.
Room was not clean. Bedspread was stained so I removed it and placed it on a chair. Shower door leaked and water ran all over the floor. We were given more towels to clean up the water, they were not concerned. White towels were stained although they seemed clean. As far as we are concerned we will not go back and we paid way too much!
The price per night.
not to far from the falls
the room smelled bad, the rug had many stains and the tv you had to get up to turn it on and off, the dresser was in need of repairs. The room was a little small. The food in the morning was in a room so small you could not get in for the bagel we want out
Cheap. Convenient just for sleeping. But I had to bring my own sheets
Staff can barely speak English. Room was dirty Towels all stained No wifi in the room unless we walk beside the office
wifi poor. the whole room smells. headboard of the bed is broken. the door is hard to open.
Nothing at all
Bed bugs made me leave middle of night. One room had blood on blanket,tv did not work, no hair dryer or microwave. This motel should be closed immediately.
Good air condition Cleaniness service
Wifi was poor
price free breakfast (basic) free on-site parking
location - not within walking distance to attractions
Good wifi depending your room's proximity from the main office. Below average room rates. Only 5 to 10 mins drive from the fall and other attraction. If yr Only looking for place to sleep at night since you'll be out ask day visiting places, stay here and save money.
Don't book it cuz it offers free breakfast- cuz there isn't really much to eat other than some really stale bagles and milk. Some rooms have really small standing shower, so if you are 6 ft tall, you will have trouble. We booked 3 rooms with queen beds but all the beds were different sizes. So look at the room before checking in. Ice machine doesn't work.
I loved our stay! The room was great with the heart shape tub and we had a great time! Staff was welcoming and everything was kept clean!
The breakfast was a little empty, not many choices were given and on top of our bed there was a gum sticking to it. Besides that everything was awesome!
Bit far out
No wifi, everything very old, not clean
