The rate was fair and the location. It was quiet

Did not enjoy our sleep. The beds were very old and hard not comfortable at all. The rooms very simple and the hallways had a ordor and not very clean. Very basic. Did not stay for the breakfast due to it being in the front entrance. Extremely small and not a great selection. Would not book here again

It was the cheapest place in the area for New Year's Eve.

Towels were dirty, light in the bathroom didn't work, there was no shower curtain, the chain lock on the door was broken.

Nothing - apart from being close to Niagara Falls. Should be in it.

Where do we start - Rooms were smelly and dirty, Furniture and carpet were stained and floors needed vaccuuming. Items found beneath bed indicating rooms not cleaned properly. Communial cooking area was disgusting and filthy with food remains - would not survive a health inspection and would be closed down. Breakfast area was in the confines of the small reception area and consisted of one table and 4 different dirty and stained chairs. Coffee and Tea glass jugs and toaster looked like they hadn't been cleaned from the day before. No water facilities for tea making. Photos taken of all above items in case needed in the future or you require them.

Very cheap price, friendly staff and close to Clifton Hill as well as Niagara on the Lake.

Stayed only one night so can tell much but one I can say it was on my budget.

Location, reasonable rate and fair review.

Tha chair was broken I almost fell down when I sat but it was replaced quickly with a very dirty chair with a lot of stains.

Quietness

The room always has a smell like cigarrett smoke filled room. We had wanted to change room thinking smokers previously occupied the room. But whenever we go out and come back we perceived the same smell. We observed the bath room not well clean, one can see dirts here and there. The bedsheet and towel do not look clean either so we cut short our stay there. Hurrible experience.

Every thing is dirty carpet bed wc not at all like the picture on cite

We really enjiyed our stay. It was nice, clean, comforable. The staff was nice, we would be staying at that hotel again.

the loction was good it was quite decent and cleane,the beds were good the breakfast was nice ,the staffs were nice too.il love to go back there and recommend to friends,

ten minute drive to the falls.

the floors had not been vacummed, it smelled of beer and smoking even though we asked for non smoking there was supposed to be a breakfast included but nothing was put out!

The room was clean,everything worked as planned nice stay for the money. Don't be fooled from the outside appearance,the room was small but it worked for me

Its a little seedy looking,didnt like the cleaning staff coming into my room without knocking
