Very attractive interior design of room. Luxurious bathroom. Staff invited us to drink our coffee in the lakeside lounge, even though it was closed. Party next door. We should have called staff to report, but unfortunately we didn'T. You know how it is when you're half- asleep and hoping the noise will end soon? It didn'T. There seemed to be other "fun" rooms on the same floor so unbeknownst to us this hotel may be favourite for nighttime socializers.

Great location - Nita lake is marvelous, we enjoyed walks along the frozen lake, it's quiet and very peaceful, trains are rare, althoug the train station shares the same building with the hotel The staff is very friendly, always eager to help you The rooms are simly great - spacious and all have a cosy fire-place, a stone-covered bathroom is awesome! Breakfast: only eggs...eggs and nothing more - we got tired of it very quickly Very remote: travelling to the village requires much time and efforts, shuttles do not really have a fixed timetable, so we missed it a few times, which resulted in extra 50 CAD or so Internet doesn't work properly - it's slow, hard to connect to and NOT stable at all - I don't see any problem of installing a proper equipment (which is around 200 CAD max) when we paid around 12 000 CAD for the stay of 15 nights There is no sauna, no swimming pool during cold months and the steam bath is available only if you buy any service at the spa (120 CAD min), however we don't get the point of paying so mucj for your stay and not having a possibility to use all the amenitites. Only hot tubs are available free of charge, which is really not consistent with the level of services you are paying for....the value for money is questionable

Beautiful architecture and lakeside location. Expansive rooms that were impeccably clean and dangerously comfortable. Great free shuttle service to central Whistler Village if you need it, but the lodge's proximity to Creekside ensures nearly immediate access to Whistler Mountain lifts, and a plethora of drinking and eating options. We've been coming up to Whistler for years and can genuinely say that Nita Lake Lodge is the best place we have ever stayed at.

It is beautiful that it is near the lake. The bed is too soft and the heat in the room was broken. I was feeling like living in the freezer.

I like the fire place and having your own living room and your own kitchen. I like the shuttle Service. The lodge is not in the village but it's not important because the shuttle service will take you anywhere you want to go. The shuttle is like a big van like your own personal limo service at no charge. It would be hard to find another hotel to stay in after I stay in at this hotel. If there's shower gel provided, that would be nice. A little noisy in the morning but it's OK cuz you won't be staying inside anyway.

We loved the location, it was very quiet and away from the village, but close enough. The food was fabulous and the staff were very helpful / dog friendly. The complimentary bikes and shuttle were nice. The kitchen area of the room was awkward, the furniture was a little worn, the deck door was a challenge and the gym needed mirrors.

We found the staff to be very attentive and available to assist when required. The location of the lodge is fabulous and being away from Whistler Village means that its very quiet, it is also on the Valley Trail which is a network of shared trails that follow a beautiful route into the village or into other parts of Whistler. The little coffee shop was an added bonus, a quick coffee and a muffin for breakfast served our purposes...If you want something a little more laid back than the Lodge restaurant, BBQ Bobs next door offers the meat lover's a great deal and has a fun atmosphere.

Gorgeous building and grounds, great location, and very clean. Nice large room, even though it was the smallest model. I loved the large soaking tub in the bathroom! Bed mattress was a little uncomfortable, but adequate. It just didn't seem up to the standards of the room and the rest of the hotel, which were top-notch.

I needed to be in the Creekside area of Whistler so the location was perfect. It was in a quiet area but only 300 yards from the village/main road at Creekside. It fronts on to Nita Lake with direct access to the lake and trails. Beautiful views. Nice ambience. Great food. Great staff.

Amazing place in a beautiful spot. Although located just outside whistler village (in whistler creekside) the free hotel shuttle to and from the village was a great service and we used it every night. The hotel offered free bikes (well maintained) which we used one day to go cycling round the local lakes which was a great way to spend half to a full day. The cycle routes were accessible from right outside the hotel. The front of house staff were very helpful booking golf for my husband and looking into horse-riding for myself. There was a range of eating options at the hotel and everything we had was excellent particularly the summer beef stew available on the bar menu (the best beef ever!). The rooms were excellent and had everything you could possibly want. There was even a cupboard which opened up into a kitchenette offering toaster, kettle, cafeteire, fridge, sink, cutlery and crockery for 2. We stayed here for 3 nights and would definitely stay here again for longer. Apart from having a nice outdoor pool it would be hard to improve Nita Lake Lodge.

Our room was spacious and well-appointed. The bathroom was excellent with a large shower and bath. We had a balcony that overlooked the lake and enjoyed the view very much. The Lodge is around 5km from Whistler Village - we did the walk several times, and a free shuttle is available. Bikes are also available free of charge. We think these services are important as the distance from the village might be seen as a disadvantage. We were not skiing and the distance from the slopes might be a problem for some. We had a meal at the lodge and thought the menu was limited and somewhat expensive. We gave feedback and the restaurant manager follow-up with us - which we thought was a good indication of their commitment to quality.

The design of the hotel is simple but elegant, good amenities, great breakfast. Pay parking, T.V didn't worked, hotel front desk receptionist not professional and couldn't give driving directions to specific attractions.
