We had a great time and really enjoyed Nita Lake Lodge. Great restaurant, great mountain view, absolutely clean, quiet and spacious rooms. Wonderful!

There is absolutely nothing to complain about!

Everything about Nita lodge was wonderful! An extra I really loved was all the free amenities they offered, from free bike, canoe, paddle boreds and fishing rods rentals. And if you worries about commuting back and forth to the village they provide a free shuttle to and from the village at your convience. All this made it well worth the price!

Beautiful views and the staff was great. Easy access to the downstairs area via the shuttle, but we chose to use to the very well maintained walking/biking trails.

We happened to arrive during an unseasonably warm time for this area. The air conditioner in our room was not able to cool the room. The staff provided a portable AC unit and we were able to get a comfortable nights rest. It was however a little clunky to have in the room the whole week.

Location- on the lake, also right on the cycle route. Rooms are spacious. Bathrooms and bathtubs huge! Clean and modern Cafe food excellent.

No room service. But you could go downstairs and take food or drink back to room yourself.

The atmosphere and friendliness of the staff. The location and the constant mini bus service into whistler village. Very peaceful with wonderful rooms

Rooms were very large but lacked drawer space for clothes. If the breakfast room was busy service could be slow

The location was beautiful, the hotel itself was stunning and the hotel room was large and luxurious.

I found the activity coordinator and some of the front desk staff to be quite unfriendly.

Boats, swimming, the view from our room, clean sheets every two days, the food :), quiet!!!(not noisy like the village at all) and keeping track of the trees the beaver took away every night.

Maid forgot to replace dish towels and bath booms.

Secluded and peaceful with great views. We used the canoe and free bicycles to tour around. We also used the shuttle to get into Whistler Village. It was a great experience.

Room was clean, spacious and well-equipped.Good food in restaurant.

I always rely on the opinions of booking.com. And so far never disappointed. But this hotel was a great exception. We booked the hotel on the outskirts of the city, which boasted views, tranquility, etc. In room with balcony "provides views". But as it turned out, it provides views of the adjacent parking and driveway to the hotel. In addition, close to a busy road and gas station. As a result, instead of the sound of the forest and the lake we heard the instant sound of car engines, horns, calls and clicking of central locks. Plus zero privacy. When I made a claim, I was told that there is a view over a mountains, but due to a mist I could not see them. In summary, we experienced all the disadvantages of accommodation in the city center (including expensive parking) being far from the city (5 km).

We were just passing through and needed a place to stay for the night. The room was clean neat spacious and more than we expected. Not only did we have a refrigerator we had a sink dishes glasses and a microwave. The bathroom was spacious complete with a beautiful shower and a large soaker tub. We had a nice balcony but because I opted for a less-expensive room our view was very ordinary. The room was quiet and the air conditioner/heating was extraordinarily responsive. We were surprised to find that they had complimentary bicycles canoes kayaks and paddle boards.

The only thing that wasn't perfect was the small plunge pool that looked a bit sketchy for water quality. The shower could have used a place for soap/shampoo conditioner.

It was a great location just across from Nita Lake which you could take the free rentals out on. We also really enjoyed how close it was to a 'swimming beach' at Alpha Lake. We loved the free shuttle service into town, and occasionally got dropped off in front of our desired location rather then the Info Centre -- a big thank you! Also, be careful. Fix Cafe has extremely delicious goodies.

When we wanted to use the plunge pool it was closed. We called the front desk later to ask when it would reopen and they didn't even know it had been shut down! We also didn't enjoy Cure at all. We had terrible service.

The staff were very good, especially the shuttle drivers. The location was away from the madness of Whistler and relaxing.

The food at the restaurant was overpriced for the value received. The price we were charged for a meal, altho not by much, was more than on the menu. My wife didn't get the salad she ordered, it was missing a few items from it. When she mentioned this, instead of taking the salad away and fixing it, they brought them as a side. And why do you have to have so many over priced wines. There are many excellent ones for a much lower price point. We never ate there again as there are many much better places (and less expensive) to eat in Whistler.

Booking staff was understanding and accommodating - a slight mix up during online booking, Nancy was able to fix the problem quickly and without question. Front desk was very helpful - Lynda was friendly and when I asked about the closest store to get water, she instead gave us water bottles so I wouldn't have to head out in the rain.

When we needed to use it, the WiFi was inconsistent and would cut out every half hour of use.

    - Very nice room including fire place - Bathroom with sperate shower and bath - clean - (good!) restaurant and cafe and spa on the premises - you can borrow a kayak for free to explore Nita Lake - fishing opportunities 15 meters from the lodge - friendly staff - very fast wifi

    - it's not cheap - parking not included, costs you CAD 20 extra per day - a bit too polished to our taste, not authentic. But that's the general feel of Whistler
