Beautiful hotel, amazing staff. Food was delicious! Went mountain biking and canoeing. Great deal that they are included
Fantastic breakfasts, beautiful views during breakfast, lovely staff, great facilities (bike hire, shuttle to town). Even the wifi was really good which is a rarity! Can't fault
The atmosphere and friendliness of the staff. The location and the constant mini bus service into whistler village. Very peaceful with wonderful rooms
Rooms were very large but lacked drawer space for clothes. If the breakfast room was busy service could be slow
The location was beautiful, the hotel itself was stunning and the hotel room was large and luxurious.
I found the activity coordinator and some of the front desk staff to be quite unfriendly.
Secluded and peaceful with great views. We used the canoe and free bicycles to tour around. We also used the shuttle to get into Whistler Village. It was a great experience.
Wonderful Location of Nita Lake, great food and staff. The lake was lovely.
Great location away from the commercial village.
WiFi didn't work
We were just passing through and needed a place to stay for the night. The room was clean neat spacious and more than we expected. Not only did we have a refrigerator we had a sink dishes glasses and a microwave. The bathroom was spacious complete with a beautiful shower and a large soaker tub. We had a nice balcony but because I opted for a less-expensive room our view was very ordinary. The room was quiet and the air conditioner/heating was extraordinarily responsive. We were surprised to find that they had complimentary bicycles canoes kayaks and paddle boards.
The only thing that wasn't perfect was the small plunge pool that looked a bit sketchy for water quality. The shower could have used a place for soap/shampoo conditioner.
It was a great location just across from Nita Lake which you could take the free rentals out on. We also really enjoyed how close it was to a 'swimming beach' at Alpha Lake. We loved the free shuttle service into town, and occasionally got dropped off in front of our desired location rather then the Info Centre -- a big thank you! Also, be careful. Fix Cafe has extremely delicious goodies.
When we wanted to use the plunge pool it was closed. We called the front desk later to ask when it would reopen and they didn't even know it had been shut down! We also didn't enjoy Cure at all. We had terrible service.
The staff were very good, especially the shuttle drivers. The location was away from the madness of Whistler and relaxing.
The food at the restaurant was overpriced for the value received. The price we were charged for a meal, altho not by much, was more than on the menu. My wife didn't get the salad she ordered, it was missing a few items from it. When she mentioned this, instead of taking the salad away and fixing it, they brought them as a side. And why do you have to have so many over priced wines. There are many excellent ones for a much lower price point. We never ate there again as there are many much better places (and less expensive) to eat in Whistler.
Beautiful location, great access to walking trails, bikes available at lodge ,swimming in Nita lake,my dog was welcome ,staff were very helpful and friendly.
Plunging pool was messy.
Helpful staff Free spa, kanoes, bikes, rental films... HUGE rooms Free wifi Giant bathing rooms with shower and bathtub.
Parking is garage is expensive.
Booking staff was understanding and accommodating - a slight mix up during online booking, Nancy was able to fix the problem quickly and without question. Front desk was very helpful - Lynda was friendly and when I asked about the closest store to get water, she instead gave us water bottles so I wouldn't have to head out in the rain.
When we needed to use it, the WiFi was inconsistent and would cut out every half hour of use.
excellent transfer service free use of kayak, canoe, SUP Patio cafe and lounge bar
not enough chairs in room balcony - 4 adults but only two chairs.
Nice room; Excellent views
Limited drink and dining menu
- Very nice room including fire place - Bathroom with sperate shower and bath - clean - (good!) restaurant and cafe and spa on the premises - you can borrow a kayak for free to explore Nita Lake - fishing opportunities 15 meters from the lodge - friendly staff - very fast wifi
- it's not cheap - parking not included, costs you CAD 20 extra per day - a bit too polished to our taste, not authentic. But that's the general feel of Whistler
Free shuttle to whistler village Friendly staff
The food was awesome. Loved the use of bikes, canoes, paddle boards and kayaks.
Quiet location, easy access to village. Wonderful views across the lake. Staff were excellent.
Paying $20 per night for parking. Really not appropriate for a hotel out of the main village.
Comfortable hotel with amazing surroundings! Quite good bikes for free.
Prices...but it is Whistler.
Great location + staff, clean, complimentary wifi, kayaks, canoes. Beautiful place. A lot of tourists do not know how great Creekside is compared to Whistler Village. Stay here for sure! Don't let the distance from the Village to the hotel hold you back.
Lovely setting, walks and facilities. Topped of with a canoe in the lake
nice lodge, very American. breakfast was great, altough you have to go to the cafe to get your smoothies (they are not able to offer them to you in restaurant). friendly staff helped us to change the rooms since ours was very dark.
wifi was really bad (you have to sign on again and again every other minute). first room was dark and not very pleasant, we had to look to the parking lots.
Great location, prefer not to be in Whistler Village. Complimentary shuttle is available any time or an easy walk into the Village. Very good espresso in the café!
Staff was amazing , room was amazing can't get better them this hotel
