exercise facilities did not have enough options other than cycling.
Ecellent hotel. Near the gondola And the gerek side of the whistler. Beautiful lake view. Rooms are clean And well design. Shuttle service is great.
Great size studio, lovely mountain views. Ski lockers close to lifts and only a 5 minute walk to gondola from hotel. Great bathroom with heated floor, and lovely fireplace to warm room after a day's skiing. Kitchen facilities ideal for our needs. Shuttle service to Whistler very useful. Staff generally helpful and friendly.
Bottom sheet of bed too small for mattress, always came off overnight.
Very nice facility not far from the village and other amenities. They upgraded our room to a lake view because of our anniversary.
Way to high of a price point for what you get. It was our anniversary and they told us that we were going to be treated as special guests. They gave us chocolate and a card. Plus we had to pay for parking. Over all it's way over priced for what you get.
Lovely rooms and excellent food. The shuttle bus service to Whistler and the lifts is excellent. The spa was very good.
Fitness facilities were a bit limited and the pool altho open wasn't very inviting.
I like the spa and the hot tub
- free wifi - breakfast buffet - breakfast buffet staff was cordial and helpful - spa staff were friendly as well. - shuttle driver saw us walking in the snow and offered us a ride
- waited 15 minutes for a glass of wine that never arrived. - hotel room was 73 degrees (22 Celsius) - unable to adjust the temperature (confirmed by hotel staff) - had to get up 4 times to open and close the patio door for heat control. - brought the above issues to the attention of the staff and they really could not have cared less.
Nice mountain lodge, comfortable room, easy access to ski rentals and chair lift at Creekside Village. Shuttle to Whistler Village was also convenient. Although the hotel was full, it never felt overly congested.
Our room was very comfortable and quiet even around new years which we wanted after partying in the village. Our dog loved walking around the lake paths. The breakfests were included and were awesome.
Hotel over booked themselves didnt get lake veiw room we booked three months ahead :( and we had to argue not to change tooms throughout out stay ! The overall managment lacked any leadership leaving this hotel at the bottom of the pile throughout our BC snowboarding vacation. Staff were themselves very polite except the manager Crystal but the hotel felt unorganized and more run more like a super 8 or travel lodge not an $800 per night hotel. Guest services or ammenities were not offered or explained to us at anytime through out stay. Checking in we loaded all our own or luggage at the front entrance which is completely out of view of the front desk hidden away lol no greeting at all. Managment should stay a night at the Loden Hotel in Vancouver for a training course in hospitality !
Nothing not to like at Nita. Smores by fireplace on a snowy night and very courteous staff in all departments. Beautiful room...
we liked everything- beautiful location, a perfect place for a wedding!
This is a very nice hotel from the time you enter the lobby to the time you're in your room. We really enjoyed our stay.
The elevator was out of service for a portion of our visit which was quite an inconvenience when coming or going with an infant. The problem with the elevator was due to an unbelievable amount of rain and thus was beyond the control of staff.
Free shuttle was out of action for maintenance for 2 of our 5 days, some staff gave taxi vouchers, others would not. Bit of an inconvenience!
The rooms are excellent, the restaurants on the site were perfect for us, we especially enjoyed to coffee shop to start our day. We like the location at Creek side- close to everything to walk.
We had a great experience- no issues at all
Beautiful building & rooms. Very helpful staff.
Cramped kitchen facilities poorly designed couldn't see the taps nowhere to prepare food..
WiFi Availability Meals at Bar
Comfort of Furnishings in Room Inattention of staff We were almost only travelers there which caused staff to be non-attentive Charge for Parking, but entrance to garage was not secure and kept open all night
It was our first time staying at the Nita Lake Lodge and we couldn't believe how beautiful the property and location was, we were in awe from the moment we pulled in and all that way until we got to our room. It's great that there's 3 eating locations on site plus a local pub right next door if you want something a little more low key. Also, being pet friendly was a huge plus for us.
The room had many weird smells that we couldn't identify (including stale smelling bedding) and I felt it could have been cleaned with more detail, especially the bathroom. We were also disappointed that late check out couldn't be confirmed until the morning and that it was only extended to noon from 11am.
Super quiet and peaceful. Nice big shower and bath tub to soak and relax!!! Bed is comfy....
Clean room, good facility, inroom fireplace, and quite location with beautiful good view
We've had the comment of bicyle renting service while reservation, but when cheking in, we've informed the service was stopped since Nov 1. We could understand for satety reason, but please mark in hotel information on website, then we can see while booking,
Love the room. Lots of rustic stone. Just like home.
Spa was a bit pricey.
No room service.
We stayed at Nita Lake Lodge after a few days in Vancouver. It was a perfect antidote after a busy several days in the city. The food, service, room, location and facilities are all top notch. I am looking forward to returning again. Without a doubt..the service I experienced at Nita is among the best.
Lovely location. Beautiful lodge. Good restaurant. Loved breakfast outdoor!
Had to pay to park the car! Didn't like the underground garage either. Should provide a free outdoor garage next to the lodge...
Only negative was poor wifi signal in my room
High quality at value for money cost.
Nothing to dislike.
