A pleasant small town even in winter with enjoyable seasonal lights along the river and downtown. A relaxed friendly atmosphere in all the stores and restaurants/cafes we visited. Interesting older buildings in some of the local neighbourhoods.

I liked Stratford Festival, itself, friendly staff, gardens around, and naturally I greatly enjoyed shows. I liked little place, called Soup Surreal, very cozy, Stratford Thai Cuisine, and Bowl something, sorry, can not remember now. I travelled easy all across town with city bus, drivers very friendly and helpful. I do not think of anything, I would avoid.

    Always a great visit.

Always a great visit. We go almost every year and see two plays each time and have yet to be disappointed. Stratford is great place to relax, have good food and quite evenings. Don't miss the Stratford Perth Museum, a great learning experience about Stratford! If you have a bit of extra time visit Saint Marys. And, if you like Indian cuisine don't miss Raja Fine Indian Cuisine.

This is a great place to stay in downtown Stratford. The unit has two separate bedrooms with baths, perfect for 2 couples. It is right across the street from the Avon Theatre and about a mile from the Festival Theatre. The downtown area with shops and multiple restaurants is just a couple blocks away and the Shakespearean Garden along the riverwalk is about 4 blocks. The unit was clean and comfy with a fully equipped kitchenette. The only caution: the unit is on the second floor with a fairly steep set of stairs, but we were very happy here.

This place exceeded our expectations! The suite was comfortable and the hosts thought of everything to make the room comfy and inviting. Martin met us when we arrived and helped bring our luggage up to our room, gave us a quick tour of the building/our suite and even recommended some great places to eat which turned out to be fantastic. Although we had our car, we were able to walk everywhere we needed and wanted to go. Overall I highly recommended Evanndor, and we would definitely stay there again when we visit Stratford.

Our room was very nice, with modern furnishings and updated fixtures. Located right on one of Stratford's main streets, we had a great view and were only footsteps away from all the major restaurants and shopping, as well as the theatre. Thomas Edison once lived there, and the room had a cool illustration of his many inventions. We also really enjoyed the virtual reception, which provided for quick check-in. A nearby parking spot was also included.

The hotel is very cute right in downtown Stratford with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. There is also a restaurant right at the bottom of the hotel, the check-in is in the restaurant. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was large. It was nice that the sink and toilet were separated. Lots of towels and bathroom amenities. Coffee and tea were provided in the room with a small kettle and espresso machine.

So many thoughtful details too. Really excellent quality for money spent. Lovely patio outside! It was a memorable stay and the next time I'm in Stratford I know where I'll be booking!
