Everything was okay except that the hotel did not have my reservation. The type of room I booked was not available at the time of my arrival. |

The original room given to us was overlooking a main road and traffic lights,we asked to change the room and this was done without additional charge to a much better room.The reception staff were very helpful The only thing about the hotel was the cost of alcohol in the bar and restaurant,more expensive than other hotels in Canada |

Excellent location, easy access to local transportation and main points of interests. Facilities and services at the usual level for Novotel international hotels. Nice staff. With Accor I would expect to find a selection of teas for breakfast. |

Close to our current project for meetings We came around 8 AM the front desk person just gave us the "what do you want look" we were checking in w/ a reservation and yet was treated in an unwelcoming manner in fact he did not even offer anything at all restaurant parking etc.Instead slaps us with an extra half day charge for coming early . This is not the first time I stayed in this hotel but Im sure this is just a case of bad day wrong timing. |

Great location in downtown Ottawa in the heart of the market area! Lots to do and see within walking distance. Loved that the windows open in the room. Completely satisfied! |

Nice and conveniently located in the center of Ottawa. It is rather ideal for business travelers and tourists with short stay. Lodging price over weekends is bit high. |

The location was excellent - we were pleased to be so close to the Market as well as walking distance to Parliament Hill and the Canal. The staff tried hard to change our room when we needed to be away from the noise of the air conditioning compressors. |

Good location, perfect internet access Minibar equipped with sensors and a lot of warnings that they will charge your card imediatly if a bottle is touched. So you feel like in a trap :) |

non abbiamo potuto visitare la città perchè eravamo lì per lavoro e siamo stati solo una notte, quindi non sapremmo dire se la posizione dell'hotel rispetto ai punti di maggior interesse era buona. Comunque ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo |

Le positionnement géographique de l'hôtel pour les festival de cinéma d'animation était parfait ! Aussi. Les chambres sont confortables. J'ai pu aussi quitter ma chambre à 13h au lieu de 12h ce qui m'a facilité les choses car j'avais une réunion à 12h le jour de mon départ. |

cet hotel est très bien situé. On est directement en plein centre ville, à deux pas de tout. Le personnel de l'hotel est très aimable. le prix est en rapport avec ce type d'établissement. le parking est payant. |
