Very comfy room. Pool and jacuzzi were nice. American breakfast excellent. Free WiFi. Great location. Long walk to the indoor pool. |

The location was excellent - we were pleased to be so close to the Market as well as walking distance to Parliament Hill and the Canal. The staff tried hard to change our room when we needed to be away from the noise of the air conditioning compressors. |

Good location, perfect internet access Minibar equipped with sensors and a lot of warnings that they will charge your card imediatly if a bottle is touched. So you feel like in a trap :) |

The staff were all extremely nice and quick to help. The room was really clean and comfortable. The shower head was cracked. We advised the reception desk, but nothing was done about it. There was also only one elevator functioning almost every morning of our stay, which made it a very long wait to get to the lobby. |

the hotel is in the centre, just a few minutes walk from the bayview quarter and the shopping centre of ottawa. We had room at the inside - very quiet - downtown of Ottawa! Very large choice of breakfast in a nice restaurant. We only could open the window a little bit. |

La réservation s'est très bien faite. Le séjour a été agréable et tout est à distance de marche, pas besoin de la voiture. Tous les tours disponibles pour la ville d'ottawa et les environs partent de 5 minutes de marche de l'hotel. Très bien situé et pas trop cher comparé à d'aures hotels. |

No pudo estar peor. No estaba la cama lista, la habitación estaba frente a una construcción que trabajó toda la noche con maquinaria pesada y el hotel no respondió ante la queja. No servía el control de TV y la distribución de la habitación no permitía movilidad, acomodar el equipaje ni abrir la puerta del baño adecuadamente. Todo se estorba con todo. Apagadores de luz del baño, mal ubicados. |
