Novotel Ottawa    

ottima posizione per visitare la città, camere un po' piccole ma confortevoli

bella struttura, accogliente e nuova.posizione perfetta per tutto.

Posizione centralissima, a due passi da tutte le principali attrazioni turistiche. Stanza ok. Connessione wifi gratuita.

Non consiglierei la colazione in hotel, costa una ventina di dollari, ma con la stessa cifra (o meno) la si può fare meno impersonale a pochi passi dall'hotel.

Great location to get around downtown Ottawa

Thin pillows Early morning noise from vehicle reverse beeping Room 537 thought they were the only ones in the hotel - made noise really early in the morning and kept slaming their door (I know this is something that you can't help with)

right down town, close to shopping, restaurants and to the parliament, all walking distance.

We travelled with our dog and really appreciated the dog welcome kit and how friendly everyone was!

I like the location and price of Novotel Ottawa. It is located closed to the Market area and many excellent restaurants, etc.

It was difficult to register as a large bus was parked in front of the entrance and a taxi was blocking the rest of the drive in. Also, there were hundred of hockey players staying there for a tournament and the first night of my stay, 20+ people we camped outside my room in the hallway drinking beer until after 1 am, so I could not sleep. I asked to be moved to another room the next day and it was very quiet in the new location.

Great hotel, very quiet at night and very comfortable bed. On reservation I told the receptionist that this was a wedding anniversary outing and we had strawberry dip in chocolat with a card waiting for us in the room.

It was within walking distance of the Byward Market, Parliament Hill and the Canadian Mint. A lot of restaurants were nearby.

The cost of parking is high.

Top location, room clean

The pool was full of water but closed (no access for gests of the hotel). No sofa-bed was available as described. The hair dryer wasn`t working. Towels rough, small and of poor quality. Lack of fridge.

The location near Byward market & The Rideau Centre

I got a corner room which was really too small for a king-size bed. I also find that having a mini-bar that punishes you for attempting to buy your own refreshments pretty "cheap" and mean.

Room was a little cramped . nice room but smaller than expected .

The Keys constantly had to be replaced and as it was needed to be able to use the elevator, it was a major headache. Just about everyone I met in the hotel complained about the same thing. It really became a problem when my wife sprained her ankle and neither key would operate the elevator. Stairs were not an option at the time.

Pillows were too hard we stayed in a king executive suite and ended up with a conference room -wasn't what we had predicted -when we looked at the pictures online there were other pictures posted so it wasn't totally reflective of what we thought we had booked for

The lights did not work...., The towels looked over used. To small for my liking compare to other hotels with equal price
