1- On the first night we were tired and we was sleeping in the cold room which the temperature outside was -1 ° c and we have accompanied with a little child (very hard situation), because the air conditioner does not work at all and very noise and old then we had changed our room twice . 2- Reception , room service , restaurant staff are very poor and it was very bad experince with this hotel.

We had a very good experience staying here in order to make a connection for a bus trip to NYC. The connections were very easy as the hotel is close to Square One Mall.

The room service is good. Also the Cleanliness of the room is very good. I like it's location cause it's in the hotel is in the city center of the mississauga You can't open the window in the room ... it's only a glass ..............

My first impression was in a room which had not been cleaned and had a foul odor and food scraps on the desk. I had been given another room and was pretty satisfied. My next visit was much better, I travel for business with Axis Communications and liked the room I had on the 11th floor, room 1101. The staff at the front desk are courtious and quick. The loby is spacious and confortable. The resturant/buffet in the morning is complete and satisfiying, the service in the resturant is very good and enjoy eating and resting there. The smoking floor is very smelly, I use this floor to travel to the skybridge to the office next door. I will remember to use the 2nd floor lobby to access the office building from now on.

Location is good No variety in tv channels. Should have more options. Parking should be free or at minimal fees for hotel guests, or at least those who stay more than 4 days. Had to use the front desk printer to print out documents coz the public one was not working No free hotel shuttle (at least I was not aware of) Some staff in the restaurant tried to force you to sit where they want I booked with Breakfast and when I arrived they said breakfast not included - but eventually they gave me vouchers Icemaker in each floor has a noise and would not recommend staying next to it breakfast are offered with vouchers. No one still uses vouchers these days !! It should be on the system.

Room is clean This hotel is very bad for parking. Not only it charges, but also limited. It is very hard to enter the parking place, very bad service.There is no notice when the space were fulfilled, when you drive in, you need to drive very carfully to seach arround for a position on many floors though a very thin pass, you need to be very cautious when driving. And If you in bad luck, you will find no position, and you can't even drive out, you must wait in the parking building until somebody leave you get a position. It is nightmare I spent nearly 1 hour to park my vihicle. definately I won't choose this hotel any more.

Close to the office where I had meetings. Across the street from a good pub. Bed was not made. Room needs to be renovated; felt like I was staying in a run down Super 8 motel...

Convenient to the airport and business; good selection in the restaurant; reasonable rates. Parking garage is good but for small vehicles. Big vehicles -- a bit awkward; tight corners.

Clean parking lot. Close to Square One shopping centre, major roads and highway. Tap water was very hard. Hotel should acquire a water softner. Carpet in room was badly stained and worn throughout- needed to be replaced. Only one sheet covered the mattress, it wasn't even a fitted mattress sheet- just a sheet. No sheet or blanket between it and the comforter.
