Parking:
Guests who have oversized vehicles or additional equipment mounted to their vehicles that prevent it from accessing the car parking facilities must arrange and pay for their own parking arrangements. The hotel can only provide parking (at a fee) for vehicles no higher than 6 feet in height.
While every attempt will be made to cater to the needs of the guests, please understand that there may be additional charges for these.

The location is excellent, very close to Square One mall which is the biggest in Mississauga, many resaurants and shops around the hotel within walking distance. Very friendly staff and so quick check in. The AC in my room got broken 2 times during my stay and I had to call the maintainance guys every time to fix it. |

We enjoyed the friendly staff, the buffet breakfast and the central location. We thought it would be nice to have vending machine in the hotel for drinks and snacks. |

comfort of the room, verry nice staff and good value of money, it is neer from shopping center as well. if they include breackfast in the room rate will be great but i think this is the policy in canad and USA (room only) parking is problem too, they will charge for barking and i beleave it should be free. |

I loved that square one mall (one of the biggest in canada) is walking distance from the hotel and there are alot of international cusines on the same street. I liked my room this time becasue I got a queen with a pullout bed its a much nicer room than 2 double beds. A queen with a pullout is a better sleep for 4 adults. Parking is extra and you cant even order a tea after 10pm. The breakfast is good but not the cheapest. Its better to go to the mall and have breakfats at the tim hortons. |

It was quiet and clean The cancellation policy, they charged for the room three days in advance, and then I had another charge in my account, still need to wait for that charge to be eliminated because we did not make any extra charge while being there. |

I liked the duvet covers on the bed, the extra blanket, the restuarant (great food) and the friendly staff. I did not like my TV not working in the first room I was in, also the heat was set for 66 degrees and it was too cold and it was not warming up fast enough. All of this was corrected when moved to another room; however, I would have preferred not to have gone through the inconvenience. |

Very convenient location being next to Square One. Met our needs completely. We would have liked a larger bed in the room. We are a couple and would have preferred at least a Queen size bed.....I believe we had a room with 2 double beds. Since it was not a big issue for us, we did not request a change and are confident the hotel, most likely, would have accommodated us. |
