It was walking distance to square one mall one of the largest in Canada. the location is nice, the hotel is nice overall. Its nothing extraordinary, i book it for the location. |

Very nice hotel, it differs from old fashion hotels with new contemporary furniture. The only one thing I didn't like is an extra charge for parking... |

It was quiet and clean The cancellation policy, they charged for the room three days in advance, and then I had another charge in my account, still need to wait for that charge to be eliminated because we did not make any extra charge while being there. |

I liked the duvet covers on the bed, the extra blanket, the restuarant (great food) and the friendly staff. I did not like my TV not working in the first room I was in, also the heat was set for 66 degrees and it was too cold and it was not warming up fast enough. All of this was corrected when moved to another room; however, I would have preferred not to have gone through the inconvenience. |

Very convenient location being next to Square One. Met our needs completely. We would have liked a larger bed in the room. We are a couple and would have preferred at least a Queen size bed.....I believe we had a room with 2 double beds. Since it was not a big issue for us, we did not request a change and are confident the hotel, most likely, would have accommodated us. |
