Place was nice, clean and professional setting. Rooms were clean, very clean washroom, bed was comfy, good view from my room
Not enough parking. If you book a room parking should be automatic, even if you have to pay. Had to park away from the hotel, although a little cheaper it still did not start off my stay in the right manner. Guests should have first dibbs on parking. Money grabber for them I think.
The location was good
The beds were a bit hard.
Eveything was pretty clean and well placed.
Me and my girlfriend were placed beside a room that had a family with little kids. And they were pretty loud.
The hotel interior seemed a bit old, but was clean and contemporary. Overall enjoyed my stay. Wish I had time for a longer stay.
Parking is REALLY tight. You do not want a big vehicle.
Cleanliness and comfort.
Do you really need to charge for parking after paying for the room? Seems rather low class.
Varieties of breakfast are very poor
Price is too high.
location , price , Wi-Fi , breakfast and cleaning room
the car parking is $ 13.00/day is not fair for the costumers , must be free
Hotel Location is very convenient. Hotel Staff very helpful.
Hotel equipment is very old and fail quite often (in 4 nights had a failure in door lock, fridge, AC "not nice at -6C" and almost all wall plus are not operational). The furniture is also worn out specially bed sheets.
I liked the free WiFi and the location.
They over charged me for a room that I shouldn't have been charged for. The towels were dirty. It was so hot at night that I didn't even sleep. Nothing special at all. Felt like a motel.
Easy to get to, close to mega square one shopping.
Hotel a bit older.
Had handicap parking at the door for my wife. They didn;t charge for overnight parking because of handicap parking. Everything was over the top. This is the place we stay every time we are in Toronto.
Location is the most important thing in this hotel. Restaurant has some good food ( not expected) but it's delicious , and helpful staff.
It's overrated for three stars hotel and need to be renovated.
good location; clean room; nice gym; friendly staff
expensive parking; expensive breakfast
It is not a big deal but despite my objections they still charged me $5.00 for a chocolate bar I NEVER HAD..
Car parking is not free for guests , I asked for slippers the front desk staff told me I have to upgrade my room in order to get a slipper
The sofa in the room was the worst we ever sat on and there were no other chairs so we ended up sitting on the bed.
Night manager when I arrived was especially helpful in solving a problem concerning my reservation. He handled the situation in a very professional manner.
Unfortunately I received several skin lesions during my stay which my doctor told me were bed bugs.
location, staff was friendly, check-in, check-out fast,
food a little pricey and limited selection in restaurant parking was limited parking was extra
Everything was great! Staff super friendly close to everything rooms are comfortable and pretty big and spacious food is excellent! Would super recomend it!
Parking is a bit tight and paying for it ever night even if you're staying for a while is annoying
Food at the restaurant was excellent
i had to wait at least 20 minutes or maybe more to check in, i don't think that's fair for someone who has been driving for hours, and to make it worse you don't heard the staff apologizing for the dilate or nothing. very poor service..
The hotel has an excellent location for Mississauga, close to everything. Its very clean and easy to get to.
The gentleman working check in had a very bad attitude and short with customers. Check in here is at 3:00pm and we couldn't get our room until 4:00pm. They offered no compensation or apoligy while everyone was sitting around the lobby. It was like they really didn't care if we stayed there or not. We have stayed there a few times over the last couple of years do to its location and the whirlpool by the pool has never worked yet.
The staff were very helpful and immediately worked to satisfy any requests I made.
Unfortunately there was a group in the room between myself and my son's room that came in late, around 1:30 or 2:00 a.m., and kept yelling or cheering as if they were playing drinking games or at a sporting event. This also occurred on another floor of the hotel where another member of my family was staying. Fortunately, the staff took care of it when contacted.
Carpeting was not clean. Having to pay for parking is unacceptable.
