great bed parking garage was very frustrating....had a tough time finding a spot which would accommodate a slightly larger car, and finding any spot was frustrating. Also very tight corners were challenging. Very unhappy with parking. ended up paying for outside parking at one point on top of the daily garage parking rate. Coffee maker did not work so had to buy coffee. Overall, cost of stay was inflated by about $10 because of additional parking cost and buying coffee.

Rooms and Facilities are nice and clean. Never inform me about my card unable to deduct, in the end i paid so much more then i should.

comfort of the beds the odour in the halways was overpwering. I believe it is the cleaning product used, but it gave us headaches. Good quality television, but the available free channels were horrible

Gracious and supplied early check-in. 1. Had difficulty finding front lobby from street. Better signage required. 2. Air-conditioning extremely noisy. Had to run it until room was very cool and turn it off for the night. 3. Pillows need replacement.

The service was excellent from the Housekeeping staff rioght up to the Night Manager. I has some issues with the heating in my room but these were rectified immediately and the staff ensured this was not a problem for the rest of my stay. The rooms could be refurbished so their decor matches the rest of the hotel (i.e the lobby area, bar and restaurants). A kettle in the room would have been idea rather than a coffee filtering machine and there were no complimentary tea bags available. A safe for storing valuables would have been ideal.

Not much to be honest.I Got room service and the food was good, that's about it. Considering this is considered a higher end business hotel, it was crap. Pardon my language, but that's the truth. The room temperature was way off, it was quite cold and had to wait long for the room to warm up ( by long I mean a couple of hours!!! ) Their wifi kept going on and off, and their staff was not friendly or helpful. Oh, and parking was $12/a day.

Location and indoor facilities. The rooms had a very cheap feel to them. Things were unfinished in the bathroom. We stay in the King Executive Suite and were not impressed at all. The design and size of room were very small and basic. Staff werent overly friendly either.

Staff were very friendly. Lobby area was always spotless. Minor issue with not getting facecloths and coffee cups 2 days in a row.

The staff was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I was shocked to find out that they do not put a top sheet on the beds..... The duvet was the only cover! We had to request top sheets be delivered to the room. I find it very hard to believe that the maids wrestle a new duvet cover on daily!
