The view out of the Hotel Room The room was very drab. The Room had been a smoking room, and you could still tell this when you walked in - it stank......really badly! The room decor was dark, ceiling still yellow from the Ciggarettes, walls marked and had not been cleaned properly. Wanted to use the wifi facility, no information on the cost! Bathroom was looked and felt cheap, no tiles to be heard of! Hardly Luxurious as advertised! |

I liked waking up to the sound of the falls outside my window. The sunrise over them were nice. Would've been appreciated if we were told about all the tax we were going to pay for everything, and the $15 a day to park, plus tax on top of that. We were told when booking online the total was $250. When we got our bill it was $330. Too expensive for 2nights. If i recommend this hotel i'll make sure to pass along the info about extra expenses. |

I liked the location. everyhting wasn't very far away. The staff was very friendly and the room and very clean There wasn't a fridge in the room which was a bit disappointing. ALso I was unaware that there was a parking fee of 15 dollars a night, so when I got there it was an extra 30 dollars. |

The room was comfortable, and the view of the falls was excellent. The proximity to attractions such as the Casino, and good restaurants make the location great. I do think the quality of the towels could be improved. They felt like sandpaper when drying after a shower. |

The view of the Falls was great from the room and the closeness to the Casino and other ammenaties was great. Very poor quality rooms. Awful pillows, sheets, beds and towels. The finish of room was terrible - painting, wall paper, etc. Seemed like we were staying in an old 60's motel. Nice pictures on the walls though. |

Service was very, very poor..our room was not made up until after we called after returning from a day of adventure @ 5:15pm, we came back to shower and go out for dinner, we had to cancel and rebook for a later time of day..we mentioned this to the front desk and they said they were just to busy.... right!!! Ice machines were ont working either |

Reasonably good hotel and room ambiance for the price paid. Stayed on 5th floor and still found awesome falls view, thanks to Winter for taking tree leaves out of our way. 14th floor observation deck is simply value addition overlooking the falls. Energy Inefficient lighting, parking fees |
