Ligging m.b.t. uitzicht. Parkeerfaciliteit (niet gratis) Kamer was non-smoking, maar stonk toch naar nicotine. Trage liften. Ongezellig hotel. |

Dichtbij de watervallen en compfortabel hotel wat beter betaalbaar is dan het Hilton bleek een kamer met Fallside te hebben en zag daardoor meer bomen dan waterval. Let hierop bij het boeken. het is een teleurstelling als je denkt een fallview kamer te hebben geboekt maar dit bleek een fallside te zijn. Tja, beter opletten de volgende keer |

Netjes hotel, ziet er goed uit en je wordt goed geholpen door het personeel. Het uitzicht is schitterend. |

the location was excellent. Although a bit weathered, old, it was clean. The shower had lots of pressure and was very hot. The parking was $15 and the lot beside it $10. To get the the parking you had to go through was seemed like an abandoned lot. There was a lot of garbage. |

The views overlooking the falls were great and the location of the hotel was good. The price was good to. The hotel was clearly not a 4 star hotel. It had no room service, no minibar in the room and all we had to drink out of plastic cups. |

Relaxation and cleanliness. Good price for it's location. Staff was very accommodating to our needs. The parking price, when staying at a hotel you would hope to get a better deal. The facilities was limited .; exercise room. |

I had a death in the family on Thursday the 12th. My reservations were for the 13th and 14th. I was unable to coome to Canada and stay at the hotel due to this unfortunate family emergency. I would however book again at your hotel. I have stayed their before and I absolutely love it. Nothing!!!!!!!!!!!! Beautiful hotel. Clean!!! |

location was great cose to all kinds of restraunts and also the casino. Yes i was disappointed with the beds they where not that comfortable.You could also hear every time somone above us showered or flushed the toilet.sounded like water running all night. |

We truly injoyed the view of the falls from our room. We also injoyed the view from the glass elevator over looking the city. If I had to make a negitive comment, it would be that the chairs in our room were ripped and the exhaust fan in our bathroom did not work. |

The staff was very friendly and respond to their guest needs in a puntual manner. My husband and I enjoyed our weekend of relation in your Hotel.It was our first visit to your hotel and we will love to spend our next anniversay with friends and family in your hotel next year same time ,if possible the same room. Love it love it. Unfortunately for us ,one of our lamps was broken,the upholstry on the chair was ripped straight down the middle and there was no toothpaste. |

Breath taking view of the "falls" from the 17th floor. Front desk staff were very accommodating and courteous. Complimentary coffee a good idea! |

The only good thing about the hotel was Falls view and close proximity to the casino. No exhaust fan in the washroom. As soon as you enter the room you are greeted by the wash sink. No in room coffee maker. Pay per view TV didn't work. The blanket had a hole in it. For the price you sure can find better hotels around. Honestly I will never stay at this hotel again. |

My wife and I have stayed at this Hotel a few times, we enjoy the view of the falls and landscape. The hotel is comfortable and very well appointed. I did book my son and daughter in-law in the Oakes as an anniversary present earlier this year. I am disappointed in the size of the room for the cost. I booked a special room ( higher cost too) thinking it would be bigger and better than a regular room. I will not book a room like that again, however I will stay at the Oakes again, but I will not book on-line! |

Your own restaurant on site would be Excellent!!! Also, because my boyfriend and I stayed for a full weekend it really would have been the icing on the cake to have a frig in our room. We called and requested one be wheeled to the room, just assumed there was one we could order?? We have stayed at your hotel in the past, and were thinking about making a few winter trips but cant decide where to stay?? Would love to come back to your Hotel, but a frig would be a must. |

The view overlooking the falls was truly amazing and watching the sun both set and rise over the falls from my window is a memory i will never forget. Offering tea and water would be good in addition to complimentary coffee. |

We really liked our room and the view of the "Falls". We were not impressed with the work-out room. It's very small with a limited amount of machines. =( |
