Rooms had very thin walls and coffee all the way down in lobby. Fridge was not very cold and so I changed the dial. By morning it had melted all over the rug and was off completely. |

I chose this hotel strictly on the basis of proximity to family. Although dated and modest in the extreme, it is clean, unpretentious and good value. I had previously stayed at the Howard Johnson further up Yonge Street, and found that hotel to be poorly maintained, dirty and more expensive. |

the bed was a very relaxing one, i usually unable to sleep on it. the smoke smell was so strong in the hallway and emergency exits. please place a smoke detector there for people stop smoking inside the building. |

Location was excellent for our activities that were planned had trouble getting extra pillows, not for a lack of service but the man at the counter could not find them after 10 minutes he returned with pillows after two trips up starts and a trip to the basement and to a room on the main floor. |

La literie est confortable , la salle de bain correcte. Il a ete necessaire de faire nettoyer des notre arrivee un miroir fort sale, nous avions demande une chambre non fumeur, tel n'a pas ete le cas, tres forte odeur de tabac. Petit dejeuner mediocre et chambre bruyante. |

Le déjeuner continental était très limité, je m'attendais à plus, seulement trois types de patisseries (pas nécessairement fraîche), pas de céréale, pas de jus de fruit, pas de lait pour les enfants. Peu de café et pas pressé d'en faire lorsqu'il en a manqué............ |

Very noisy - we could hear pretty much everything going on in other rooms. Our room had a funny smell and wasn't particularly clean. The "continental breakfast" is a very limited indeed. |
