Small size and location
Not enough lounge chairs at pool. Hot tub was not very warm. Air condition could not be set below 70 degrees.
breakfast wine prices excessive dinner 'so/so
The wi-fi was not too great.
Great location and bedding.
Staff was not particularly accommodating to my needs.
Rooms are clean, and charming. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the garden.
Very quiet and elegent. Staff was curteous and thougtful Breakfast was the highlight
great location, good food
Excellent location adjacent to the golf course as we usually do one round of golf while visiting Niagara on the Lake.
Price could've been a bit lower. We noticed other places were cheaper but thought we'd splurge this time because we were only doing one night.
Fantastic experience, Great room with balcony; very comfortable bed; a rose delivered to room every evening; complementary breakfast and great food in restaurant.
Can't answer this question. We loved everything.
The staff made all the difference. They are professional, and hospitable. The room was lovely.
We thought the breakfast was a disaster. The food that was included was poor. Pastries undercooked, poor selection of food. Served like a diner. There were not any hot options because apparently the chef doesn't come into work until 1100. Certainly not up to the rest of the experience. A little creativity and some love would help.
We loved the quiet Spa environment, the restaurant was great, and the service was wonderful. Location was perfect for walking everywhere. Would be nice to go in the summer when the pool is open.
They use bleach/Javex when they wash the linen so the sheets had a strong smell of bleach that inhibited my sleep--odd that they would use that kind of chemical commercial product in a Spa--I had a particularly negative reaction. Also, the thermostat in our room was very noisy when it turned on and off--which also affected our sleep so we were tired for most of our stay due to lack of proper rest. This is a big issue and might inhibit us from returning to the Oban Inn and Spa.
Excellent dining room. Quality facilities.
Wi-fi was not reliable.
Friendly attentive staff. Beautiful location. Very comfortable and well presented rooms. Excellent food in the restaurant.
One of the two TVs in the room only received analogue. (It's the only negative I could think of)
room small breakfast good for a couple of days but little choice
We enjoy everything. The room was very comfortable and the service was very good and location was the best .We are happy.
Wireless connection was very bad
Quality all the way and very helpful, friendly staff.
The location was perfect and then inn and their staff are amazing
Breakfasts were wonderful. Great location.
Would preferred a lake view. We were in the Garden Room
Everything. The hotel was probably the best we stayed in during 17 days travelling around. If you have doubts about staying there, forget them.
The fact we were not able to stay longer.
The upgraded suite with the patio and partial view of the lake was beautiful.
Friendly staff Professional, helpful staff Small added touch of rose, weather card Excellent Breakfast with excellent service Grounds are beautiful, even in this weather Appreciated the use of a small refrigerator in our room Bed is very comfortable
Could not hook up with Wi-Fi...did not mention this to staff.
Perfect place to relax, go to the spa , eat exceptional gourmet food , work out in a fully equipped gym room, as well as sit back in the unbelievably calm and soothing atmosphere!
The menu needs to change more frequently in the dining room. Also, perhaps it would be nice to serve more salads and pastas on the menu.
The staff at the desk, restaurant and spa. The spa treatements were lovely.
NOTL is a very expensive area and this overnight treat with a spa package and dinner will probably not happen again for a few years. It's more reasonable to travel down south to an all inclusive. This is very unfortunate as Ontario has beautiful offerings.
location, very good restaurant, cooperative staff
mattress too soft, lack of good tv options (we were travelling off season so having movies or another evening activity would have been a bonus)
