Loved the location and the friendliness of the staff. Very poorly supplied kitchen, because our until 310A & B could have slept up to 6 people, and there was only place settings for 4. Also there was no serving bowls, measuring cups etc, so preparing a meal, was practically impossible, even though the suite was advertised as having a fully equipped kitchen.

Our room was well appointed and comfortable, with the expected amenities. Nice view of the beach from our balcony. Upon checking out, I the receipt of the amount billed to my credit card was what I expected. Upon checking my credit card statement I was billed nearly $100 more than my room statement. What gives?????

Directly at the beach Only a promenade walk away from all the restaurants and shops Comfortable beds and rooms in general Cleaning staff was still in our room when we got the keys after 3 pm For the price you expect a little more The Double Queen room does not have a balcony, but people on the balcony of the room next door can look inside your window, if you do not close the curtain.

Nice location and view of the water. Booked the nicest room in the hotel, with hot-tub and nice view. Found a large spider crawling out from under my bed. Killed it, and brought it down to the night-shift receptionist for her to see. She said she would have left a note to managmente. When we left the morning after, we were asked how our stay was, and when I mentioned the spider they knew nothing about it. Didn't offer a discount, free parking or a coffee... Fridge smelled pretty bad. Won't go back.

The hotel was just across the street from the Pacific Ocean. Out your window you could see the tide going in and out throughout the day and evening. The cafe staff were very welcoming. The air conditioner was loud.

The staff were so great. allowed us to change our room to one with a balcony. Then the following night they allowed us to switch with our son and his wife as they had two queen beds and we had a king. The atmosphere was so relaxed. get they new what they were doing. Our room had a balcony and we could see the sea. It was a really wonderful trip. Certainlly would go to that hotel again. It was all good

Location, friendly staff at time of booking. Bed was comfortable. Ameninties were average. Things such as low quality toilet paper and shampoo were not on par with price. No continental breakfast. We've stayed other places for better price with better amenities.

Upscale oceanview suite with cosy fireplace & large balcony.Enjoyed the nearby scenic seaside walkway. The carpeting in the bedroom needs cleaning.

The water location was very nice The train track ran next to hotel with train whistling and pub with load music. The view was nice through the guests of the room next to us. We could see the water but the room next to us had access to the deck and looked thru the deck and other hotel guests to the water. The bathroom was small and counter had no room for makeup or hair appliances. Probably the best is they held an additional 350.00 on my credit card and told me it would be released on checkout. Four days later had to call bank to have it removed. There is no cafe in the hotel and the restaurants are closed nearby. So whatever would I spend or charge to the room? There is nothing to spend but a soda machine. Give me a break, would never stay at this hotel again. The parking for small suv was tight. Plan on getting car scratched if other guests arrive or depart there is no other parking.
