Hotel and location Great Hotel just don't eat there.

Food in dinning room was the worst . . The only good thing was the server she was great and the bottle of wine. We were the only customers in the dinning room . Don't eat there.

Charming ambiance, rustic lobby and dining room, each room different and not a cookie cutter generic hotel

need to upgrade tvs to flat screens should have continental breakfast (just danish and muffins would be ok) during the week. nice brunch on weekends but nothing at all during the week. Pool and garden area needs attention. (dead plants, decorating etc.)

Rooms could have been made more countryqto suite the age of the inn but the room was fine cozy and the beds were comfortable

Staff was friendly and professional. I was given a room on second floor at my request. The area of the hotel that I was in was quiet. The hotel is charming and historic.

Drop of blood on bathroom floor when we arrived. First floor smelled a little musty.

Our hotel room was CLEAN!! The staff was helpful. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is charming.

Had the worst dinner ever in the restaurant--prime rib and it was quite expensive. The ambiance was great--bookcases and fireplace--but we were the only people there. Clue number one!!

I do like the location, it was easy to get around by foot.

My room was so hot I had to move because the ac didn't work. The pool area had a very bad aunt problem. Every light in the pool area had bugs in it so bad you couldn't even see the bulb. None of the vending machines worked. One 1 ice machine in the whole building worked. Had no sort of food storage to keep left over food or even beverages. When we arrived no one said public transit was available and other hotels offer passes on the we go busses.

the furniture in the room was very nice. the location was walking distance to the casino, skylon tower, the falls, clifton hill, shopping and restaurants.

the pool had been drained so we were unable to swim and that was one of the reasons we had chosen that motel was because it had a pool.

Location is great, room was huge with the most comfy bed I've slept on. Staff very friendly and the restaurant has a great menu. Very charming hotel.

Location was excellent. All major sights within walking distance. The parking was big enough too. We were at the Falls off season, a pity the bar/restaurant had very limited opening hours. It looke nice though. The room was cozy

The quality of the bad was really poor. After 2 nights, we both had back aches. Even though it was not busy, we got a room with inside view; It would have been nice if we had been given a choice.

Niagara Falls in Canada is such a mix of glitz and absolutely down at heel tawdry. This motel is right on the boundary - not in the first tier of high rise buildings with views of the falls but still within 1/2 hr. Walking distance of the Niagara Parkway which in my opinion is the only good thing about Niagara Falls!! This is a better than average place to stay.

The rooms were lovely & the building was well kept. The dinner rooms were gorgeous!!! The bed was soooo comfy.

None of the pop machines were working & it was inconvenient for us to have to go to a store to purchase it instead.

Location, location free parking and overall price.

No small fridge and no flat screen tv, picture tube tv out dated, internet very, very slow some sites took forever to load-up. Question #05 should as well indicate maybe or neutral, I would indicate to others what we found wrong and let them decide for themselves.

The ambiance is wonderful, quiet and romantic. A little off the beaten track yet right in the middle of Niagara Falls. The food at the on site restaurant is top notch. The waitress adds to the experience. Overall I would highly rcommend this little gem.

The staff were excellent. They looked after our needs with haste. The room was lovely and clean.

It was very clean, quiet and welcoming. It looks like a traditional English Inn. The room was a little bit cold when we arrived. Once we let the heat go for an hour it was cozy. Water did not get hot enough to have a hot shower but it was still comfortable. I would definitely stay again.
