A fair price
not the most attractive part of the time.
kitchen with no utensils no coffee pot only a microwave and fridge
The staff was great. Location was perfect..
We walked in to our room and it stunk. Stains on the carpet. Beds are to hard. Small tv. Bathroom had bugs in the tub bathroom sink had bugs. The toilet moved when you sat down. There was mold under the sink. A poop stain on the bathroom door. What a dump...Afraid to have a shower..No toilet paper :( Would not recommened this hotel...
It was in a convieniant location for me, at that time.
Price and location
Really out dated and run down
The room felt dark and dingy. The fridge was old and the tiling around the bathtub was in terrible condition. For a room of this condition they should be charging $40.00-$50.00
Comfortable bed. Lots of hot water Affordable Surprisingly quiet for location on Hwy 1
Somewhat run down No wifi (?)
The only thing I like is the location of the place.
I liked nothing about the place, as you enter the lobby, it looks like a dump, a cat sitting on a old chair, vacumm cleaner, old paint pans, a truly digusting look. The bath tub, shower, has mold around the edges. I can go on and on , but I won't.
I liked the part where we left.
Between the smells and quality of the room itself. I don't think we found anything to like.
Close to highway and restaurants.
Overpriced for the quality. The Calgary Stampede was on, so that may be the reason for the high cost. Badly needs renos.
The door to me room would not open, I had to get a staff member to show me how to open it because the door knob was not working properly and had to be pushed/pulled in a certain way while turning the key. The bathroom was in poor condition, there was rust in the bathtub, one of the ceiling tiles above the shower was falling in and only 1 of the 3 light bulbs were working. One of the walls in my room was visibly bowing in. There was no free wifi (or if there was, I was not told about it and it was not posted).
Large beds, fridge, and air conditioning
No coffee pot and no extras of any sort - hair dryer, iron/board, bathroom taps leaked and shower taps were built up with calcium, no lotions or shampoo; bathroom poor
Bathroom is in need of Major repairs , shower was gross , sink tap hard to turn off kept running!
It was a very poor room to be offering for accommodations. Smells, old furnishing, bathroom old with mold on cualking in bathroom!
very run down.Door was in need of repair, and just would lock.
Clean good linens
1950s motel that has had no upgrades done professionally it looks like the owners did their own updates without really knowing how to do them. It worries me when I see electrical wires hanging down the outside of bldg that have obvious amateur addons done. I have pictures if I can find a place to upload them.
Staff gave helpful directions to airport which we appreciated. Pizza hut and KFC right next door. Big throw cushions on beds were a hit with the kids.
Off a busy street, did not feel like a very safe area. Directly across from Canada Olympic Park. People upstairs banging around heavy footed all night making it difficult for kids to sleep. Could hear pipes from shower and toilet from other rooms. This motel is in desperate need of fixture updates.
Bed was comfortable
Older building in need of repairs
Clean and comfortable, especially the bed.
Nothing to report.
