The Hotel was very nice. We were upgraded to a suite on arrival at no extra cost. The rooms were clean and had a good view of the city. |

Location Asked for a late check out, which they gave but from noon until 2pm they continueously can to our door asking if we had left. We would not have asked for a late check out if that had been the case!! |

Good location. Staff were very attentive and helpful in every part of the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. On a weekend night there were very noisy youngsters in an adjoining room but hotel security staff quickly resolved the problem. |

Traditional style rooms & furniture, excellent location, very good bell captain service and wireless internet access the room service took over 1 hour to arrive after an initial commitment of 25-30 minutes...however the duty manager redeemed the situation by not charging for the much delayed room service |

we enjoyed our room and found staff to be lovely-the room was very nicely decorated and a good size. Room service was very well done-bringing a full table with breakfast rather than trays which provided the option of sitting at the table rather than juggling items on a tray. only a cafe-and food selection was somewhat limited although great breakfast buffet with healthy choices. |

Pleasant and extra-helpful staff. They made it easy to quickly locate and use facilities. Good location. Swimming pool. Hotel quiet and not too big. I was pleased that my room was close to the elevator because walking can be painful for me. Did not have a small convenience shop to purchase items forgotten when packing for the trip. I needed a single-use camera in time for a party the evening I arrived . I guess I should have asked the concierge where I could get one close by, but I didn't think of the camera until after I'd had a swim to recover from my trip. |

I was very impressed with the politeness and efficiency of the hotel staff. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, the concierge was most helpful in answering our questions and giving suggestions and room service was extremely quick. Our room was large and comfortably furnished and we enjoyed the view of the city from our room. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Omni. The only negative was the stains on the very comfortable chair and ottoman which did detract from the overall appearance of the room. |
