The staff at omni mont-royal was extremely friendly and helpful. The concierge was attentive and made some great recommendations for us. We are a young American couple traveling for 3 nights to explore a new city, but the hotel would be an ideal place for families as well. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Its location My last stay the rooms were nicely appointed and classy - this time not so much. The room looked very tired and not as elaborate, the bar fridge was not stocked and as a matter of fact it was unplugged. The room needs a re-do

Very elegant and extremely friendly staff.Loved the spacious rooms. Ability to purchase soda and snacks in the hotel without having to use room service. Would like to see an updated tv Some carpets in the room need to replaced.

The furnishings and design of the room was beautiful and tasteful and created a restful and comfortable ambiance. The location in central Montreal is first class. The wifi in the room worked very well and when I had trouble logging in at first, I was walked through the procedure easily with a technician by telephone. The bathroom was very spacious but a bit dark. It was difficult to find an outlet for plugging in computers and chargers - ended up using the shaver plug in the bathroom.

The pleasant and accomodating employees, particularly at the front desk. The bedding was not as comfortable as I would have liked. Perhaps some pillow mattress covers and some duvets??

A good downtown location near McGill and the museums. The view was nice of Mont-Royal.There was also a free choice of English or French edition newspapers delivered. A bit overpriced; equivalent and better hotels could be had cheaper nearby. I didn't feel anything particularly exceptional about the hotel. I also don't know why luxury hotels such as these feel the need to charge so much for Wi-Fi internet access, but it is standard among this class. Be prepared for your card to be charged more than the full amount the day you book.

I had a corner room on a higher floor, with a wonderful view of Mont- Royal and the McGill univeresity campus. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with an ample desk for working.
