Attentive,professional and helpful staff.
Location; Large, well appointed room; Very comfy bed; Professional & friendly staff; Although downtown, very limited traffic noise
Towel Rack not accessible from inside Shower....grrr!
Great location. Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly staff.
Location was key
Room was so small and credit card issue was undisclosed.
location and bar area
no services such as hotel store, atm, or vending machines. Need something to offer travelers or mini-bars in the room for a soda or water.

how come i pay for 220 CAD per day and i pay for Wifi in room more than 11.00 CAD this is too much.
No free wifi
Having to pay for wifi
bad sleeping,noise from street
Lovely hotel. Great location. Birthday cake with candle and card delivered to room for 13-year-old granddaughter was a delightful touch! Helpful staff. Would choose to stay again if in Montreal!
I had been told we would have a suite with 2 baths, but our suite had only 1.(3 guests: grandmother,"13th birthday trip" granddaughter,& 23-yr-old young lady.)Asking@desk if correct, was told by 2 of staff that ours was "just the same!"Not really! Suite fine&enjoyed stay.(2nd bath would have been nice.)Felt those staff members were confused/confusing until finally said the sq ft of suites was "same!"
Very helpful staff, for visitors that are not fluent in French
I was overcharged for the1st night. Beware of the internet booking scam!!!!
The bed was not comfy. The head was pitched down and the feet were pitched up.
it's a bit overpriced....and the final bill is like double of what you see on your booking (taxes, parking, etc.). Wifi is not free! Hard to beleive, some $11 a day. it's a shame in a year 2014!
Comfortable, clean rooms. Slept like a baby in the bed! Convenient location. Great having the bar downstairs to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing.
no place in the hotel to buy a snack or a cold drink no free wi fi when booked with booking.com
1, valet parking 2, free drink in the lobby 3, location
1, cant believe wifi isnt included in room fee without any reminder when log in by name & room number 2, comparing to the cost per night, the perons serve in reception were not as warm as u would expect
- Expensive car parking. - Limited space in the breakfast restaurant and limited breakfast chioces for the price of the breakfast.
It's a nice hotel nearly in the heart of Montreal. The location of this hotel is very good all major attractions are in walking distance. Having a room at the upper floors gives you a nice view to the Mount Royal and over the city.
The hotel is central to a lot of different areas and the service was excellent. The lobby and common areas were nice and the room was clean and spacious.
The room looked dated and could use an update, soundproofing was lacking as you could easily hear the people talking in the room next door through the internal door which connects two rooms as well as normal noise from the hall
Concierge Giovanni was outstanding help to us. Son, room service waiter, was especially helpful, kind, and courteous!
Needs some updating, but all in all, it was a great place to stay.
- décor; refreshing water in lobby; pool/ fitness area; very convenient location; helpful staff; well-kept
- street noise from Sherbrooke; paying for wifi in your room; one edge of pool was grimy; expense of breakfast buffet and no continental breakfast offered at lower fixed price
Right next to McGill. Walking distance to old city and attractions
