Close to Vancouver General Hospital Elevator broken down on arrival. Was advised that price quoted was based on three-night promotion which was invalid if I checked out after two nights, but there was nothing indicating I was getting a "deal" when I made the reservation.

It was very close to VGHospital. The restaurant was very good. The entrance to the hotel lobby from the parking lot was very poor.

Location is good, right on Broadway. I noticed it's very close to Vancouver General Hospital for people that require to stay or travel for that. Parking - I even called the front desk before my trip about parking and wasn't explained to park in the front drive through to check in and then get the $15 parking pass. I noticed the impark signs and machines below the large "Park Inn" sign in the rear and had to pay $22 to park.

Room was clean. Had a nice view; but had to ask for it. We registered on line and originally had a room facing the hospital. Nice restaurant. Having to pay for parking. Traffic along Broadway was loud. No glasses in the bathroom. No TV guide in the room. One nightstand, what about the other side of the beds?

Perfect location, within walking distance to the Woman's/Children's hospital, Grocery store, Winners, and just steps away from a Shopper's Drug Mart, Tim Hortans, and many other restaurants and shops. Bus stop is less than a 3 minute walk away. All staff during my stay were very friendly. There was a fridge and microwave included in my room, didn't experience any problems with cleanliness. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again. Can be a bit noisy at times in the hallways, and with the traffic outside. A few hospitals are around this general area, so ambulences can be heard throughout the night.

The on-site restaurant is convenient and the staff courteous and efficient. The pub nearby has good entertainment and is worth a visit. Public transportation is just outside the door.

we were there while my husband was in hospital and when he got out. We were treated very well and I would recommend to any one especially if they need attention at the VGH. First question was neither pleasure or Business.. It was medical reasons The small parking stalls were very difficult to get into and we have a mid size to small car. Fortunately there was a handicap place that I was able to get into as my husband needs to have the handicap parking.

we were down for medical appts which makes your place ideal as we had appts at Fairmont Medical and VGH - would like to see a lesser rate for medical as we come from Haida Gwaii and our costs are out of this world - our next trip is to be for a week - and we then have to really think of where we will go - as meals and accommodation are huge factor. We did ask but you did not have a package for week...
