It was close to Whole foods Market and the transit station. The damage deposit required was ridiculous and the fitness facilities were unacceptable (no weight, the treadmill was out of order, no music or towels and only 1 mat. I look forward to using the gym when I'm away.

Great location with easy access to buses and Canada Line. Also, many great places to eat in close proximity to the hotel. I enjoyed my stay and would stay at Park Inn again.

It was easy to get to and had really accessible parking but is also really close to transit. The rooms were smaller than lots of hotels but still lots of space and amenities. I loved the rubber duckies in the bathroom! We were on the side of the hotel facing the hospital and heard the occasional siren but even worse were woken up twice by a helicopter landing in the middle of the night. I would stay there again though.

The room was clean, the staff friendly and helpful, the location is great for shopping and sightseeing. Love having the paper each morning and free bottled water each day. The only thing I did not like was the coffee maker it had a soapy flavor, a cleaning with vinegar would take care of the problem.

This business is way overpriced for what you get. The room was small, much like european standards. Bathroom was very nice. In our room there was a refrigerator parked beside the bed! Although the florr was to be non smoking, there were people smoking a couple of doors down and into the hallway. Restaurant was closed very early in the evening. On top of everything, they charge $15.00 to park. Again, the hotel amenities are much more that of a 2 star hotel at three star prices. Would not recommend and would not stay here again especially with a Holiday Inn a block down.

I was quite happy with my staying in this hotel. My room was a standard twin room, which was spaceous and well equipped with two queen beds, 37 inches led tv, microwave oven, coffee pot (with nice Arabian coffee), iron and ironing board, and a blow dryer at the bathroom as well. The free WiFi in my room worked very well. Even though my room was located at the second floor and was facing the parking lot at the back street. It was still quiet all through the day and the night. Heard from other quests that more lovely mountain and panorama views at higher floors. May try it by another chance.

We stay at this hotel because it is close to bc Children's Hospital. The purpose of our stay is to enable my daughter to get the medical care she needs. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. The rates are reasonable for the location. Housekeeping staff is amazing. They keep the rooms tidy and clean even when we have left the room in disarray because we left in a rush. They also respect our privacy if we need to care for our daughter. Front desk service is inconsistent. I had asked for some previous receipts for tax purposes and one person said no problem we can do it when you check out. But when I checked out it was another employee. He said he could not do it and I would have to call accounting.

The complimentary bottled water in the rooms, and the fruit bowl at the front desk (I don't mean the front desk staff members). I would like to be able to book a room for my son, who will be making regular stays, with my credit card without having to fax a copy of it when you already have it on record. We do not have to do that at other hotels that we stay at on a regular basis. Thank you.

The beds were comfortable for my sister and me. I liked the chairs and table, the micorwave and the strong shower flow I asked for extra pillows but there were none. I didn't like that people were smoking on our floor (pot and tobacco) when we understood it to be a smoke free hotel. The curtains did not entirely cover the window, so there was a fairly large amount of light in the room from outside.

I booked a room with a view and the view of downtown Vancouver was magnificent, worth every penny. The stuff was very nice and helpful when needed. The only downside was that you could hear all the street noise, I.E. busses and traffic lights (yes, traffic lights make noise in Vancouver). So if you are a light sleeper you should avoid the view.

Extremely pleasant and helpful staff, on desk, on rooms, and in restaurant I can clearly say that there were only two things.......the lighting for the coffee machine/microwaive area is not working to light that area at all as there is none. The restaurant is very very chilly in the evenings and I suggest an electric or gas wall heater for both decor and efficient heat to help customers weather the temperature. I requested our food on a tray as could not bear to even sit while waiting for the meal to arrive. The washrooms were were warmly heated, but not the restaurant and WINTER is almost upon us.
