Room was comfortable, staff was coureous and prompt, the breakfast on the 8th floor offered a good selection of fresh fruit, multigrain/high fiber breads,and low fat protein options. |

The atmosphere and ambiance of Fairmont hotels lives up to its repetition with an impressive entrance, lobby, dining areas, etc. The rooms with high ceilings and comfortable beds further compliment this hotel. two things: the hotel did not have my reservation and it took approximately 30 minutes to check in; this did not bode well at 2300 hours, and the shower needs major work as the grout between the tiles has cracked and fallen out. |

The staff are respectful and friendly. My reservation was not readily available upon check-in but staff dealt with the delay by up-grading the accommodation at no extra cost. The hotel is very old-fashioned, comfortable and well-located. I would definitely opt for it again. |

The building itself was superb, very elegant and classy. The location was ideal for our weekend stay in Calgary - close to restaurants and museums, and ideally situated for our walking exploration of downtown Calgary. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We felt the bathroom was a bit "tired" and in need of some updating |

I got a gorgeous and spacious Junior Suite at the Palliser for only $130! They let me have a late checkout and free internet. It was SUCH a good experience. Palliser is my favourite hotel by far. No, I love everything about that place! |

La verdad que lo unico que puedo rescatar como positivo son los amennities... El tamaño del cuarto no era bueno, si bien esta mantenido, todo el edificio es como bastante viejo, y se nota mucho en el mobiliario de la habitacion. La zona es centrica pero se ve de todo tipo de gente... Pesimo me parece el hecho de que quieran cobrar por todo, para llamar a un shuttle me querian cobrar, para usar el work center tenes que pagar, no lo recomiendo, sigo prefiriendo la cadena Delta. |

Excelente localização, para transportes públicos e excursões às montanhas, Banff. Situado ao pé da Calgary Tower. Staff muito simpático. Não tem duche flexivel. |

La struttura dell'albergo e la bellezza della hall Pur prenotando una stanza con letto king o doppio queen all'albergo risultava un queen singolo e non essendoci stanze con letto king disponibili ci è stata assegnata la stanza queen singola senza alcuna riduzione della tariffa. |

downtownに近いのでこちらを選びましたが、週末のせいかレストラン以外はほとんど店が閉まっていた- ため、ショッピングはUptown17とKensingtonまで行きました（Stephen Ave Walkのレストランは多くの人で賑わっていました）。ホテルのロビーは豪華でドレスアップした人もたくさ- ん見られました。 |
