The Fairmont Palliser  

Uitstekende service, heerlijke bedden, perfecte ligging voor bezichtingen downtown, alles op loopafstand.

Enige nadeel is dat het aan het spoor ligt, derhalve een rustige kamer aangevraagd en ook gekregen.

Perfecte locatie in het centrum, prima kamer, met heerljike bedden, lekker zwembad met hammam, dat 19 uur per dag open is

Requested a king size bed and along with this I so enjoy the crispness of the sheets and the duvet is so snuggly. For a quick get away I was very satisfied with my stay and was vert satisfying. Can not wait for my next return visit.

Only negative thing was the bath robes. You forgot to use the fleecy Not as soft and cuddly as previous.

I especially like the ambiance of the whole building, the grand foyer, the elegance of the spaces. All of these are reinforced by the staff members, my wife and I are not rich but we were treated like royalty. Nowhere during our stay did we experience anything "chintzy" as we have in other "luxury" hotels. We would recommend the Palliser to anyone as a really good place to stay, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

It is an elegant hotel. We are Fairmont members and appreciate the proffessionalism of the hotel.

I was disappointed that I could not get the same rate as you received even with contacting the hotel directly. I will certainly visit your website more often in the future.

The pool was nice, and location was excellent, except for nearby railroad tracks with frequent trains.

The room was very outdated and in need of repair. The toilet did not flush properly, paint was chipped and peeling, and overall seemed kind of dingy.

Friendly staff overall a very nice experience

Concierge were not really up to date in everything in the city (I.E., tours to Banff)

Excellent customer service, the staff at the Fairmont Palliser were excellent in customer service, very helpful and cheerful. I will definitely recommend The Faimont Palliser to family and friends 100%. The Fairmont Palliser should be the first hotel on anyone's list coming to visit Calgary, Canada

I like the old fashioned yet elegant feel to the hotel. I also like the availability of coffee/tea and the refrigerator. The staff gave us a free upgrade for our first night and the in-room jacuzzi was great. I like the bedding. All the staff were friendly and accomodating.

Loud people in the pool/hot tub area were not approached at all. Brunch was very good, but a bit spendy.

A very classy hotel with fantastic facilities and exceptional staff. Also in a great location with everything a tourist could want only minutes away.
