The price is very good. The location is good too.

The building is quite old. No heating and baseboard does not work. But the staff provided me with a heater which is good.

Location was very convenient, walking distance from plenty of restaurants as well as grocery stores and public transit. Excellent service. They provided us maps and directions to get around the city. much nicer then expected for the price and given that it is a motel.

Comfortable beds n lots of space

Dirty under bed. No vacuum done. There were questionable fluid on headboards.

Person who we dealt with was good and very helpful.

Our big room(for 12 people) was given away to other group earlier in the day even we reserved big room days earlier. After they realized that they have done this kind of mistake, they provided smaller room with additional discount.

The gentleman at the desk was very friendly and helped carry the bags up to the room as there was no elevator. The roomwas very clean and the bed moderately comfortable. Great to have parking underground. Great for a short stay.

Did not like the smoke smell in the halls but the room had lots of fresh air. I was surprised that there was no soap in the bathroom.

The motel was a nightmare. When we first time came to motel we parked on the covered parking lot with a scary blinking light outside. There was a door that led to the lobby. The door was creepy as well, we didn’t know if we can actually open it. The floor makes a squeaky noise. The interior of the room is nice, but the cleanliness is really bad. The table, microwave, fridge were dirty. Windows partially didn’t have paint on. There is a lot to say about the bathroom. The tub was covered with rust; the toilet was fallen apart, broken lights and unsafe electrical plug that was hanging on the wall. We had a room with a small kitchen that had tons of pans, but didn’t have any silverware. We found someone’s hair on the pillows, and a burned hole in the sheet. At night we heard everything that was going on behind the wall: man's snoring, coughing, etc. The receptionist doesn’t speak English very well. I don’t mind that, as English is also my second language, but it was really hard to explain him what we want during registry. Well, such a "great" experience!

It was freezing cold in our room, gave us some electric heaters when plugged in blew out the fuses, were moved to another room which was smaller and cramped and not clean, bathroom was in very much need of upgrading. This room was also very cold, the central heat was not on, was promised to be on in 15 min. Never happened.No drinking glasses in the room, one wash cloth for 3 people. If we had not been in an unfamiliar city, late in the evening, pouring rain we would have been out of there faster than you could have said scat. Being we were there for a sister's funeral, the trip was not a pleasurable one to start with, so when you encounter something like this it certainly adds to the displeasure.

Somewhat quiet till morning checkout time

The place is well, near market, park, shopping mall and restaurant.

the size of the bed was wrong.web says queen, but only doubles. all the hallways giving the smoke smell.

Nothing so special except entrance to the motel.

Washroom system not working properly, a/c was not working properly. No staff attended to our needs.

It was a last minute decision to book for the weekend and the Palms is very affordable. However, this hotel was much further from downtown Vancouver than I expected.

I was very alarmed to see several mattresses propped up on the side of the parking lot. I wasn't sure whether this was from bugs or visitor abuse. The room wasn't very clean and the appliances were very old. I was worried about the multiple uses on an extention cord. The main problem was the unsecured wireless network.

The only bonus was it was affordable for the size of group we had.

It was a horrible motel. The kitchenette had dirty dishes, teflon pots with the coating scraped off, the sheets had cigarette burns in them, we were not given enough towels and when asked for more we received dirty ones.

The rooms was pretty comfortable and its was huge as well very nice. And very clean

The personal tried to take care of problem that arises.

The location and entering the complex. When problem did come up there was no avaialbe to correct the problems. The desk personal was limited to was there they can do. Very poor lighing. TV did not work, No coffee pot in room, The complex is in dire need of a overlaul.

Nothing at all , will never ever book a motel again.. I booked like 6 hotels for this trip and made a huge mistake because the room costs the same as the hotel rooms but it sucks ! Book it at ur own risk

I had never booked a motel but when I did it was a bad bad experience , the girl at the reception just didnt care , motel smelled like food all the way .. Motel room was not clean .. No dishes, the washroom roof's dust and paint was all over the floor .. It was flooding and the toilet seat had stuff all over it .. When I asked the receptionist she siad that theres nothing she can do until the manager comes in the morning and next morning we left !

Poor, old infrastructure and facilities.

Nothing, It is a bad hotel especially for families.

Yes I like palms motel Vancouver

Unfortunately, there was nothing that I can say that was very positive about this place. After one miserable night, we asked for a refund for the other 2 nights we had booked and went elsewhere.

The room was not clean. There was mold on the bottom foot of the shower curtain, visible water staining on the mattress and box spring and curtains, and a definite smell that bothered both my husband and I and stirred up our allergies. While there was a TV, only about 5 channels were actually watchable. There was not even a fitted sheet on the bed! The neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy, and the traffic outside kept us up pretty late. Frankly, we were very glad to get out of there!

No room cleaning during a stay of 3days

Will do it again.

The price was 90 dolars however there was even no shampoo in the bathroom.
