Huge room Friendly staff Convenient location
Carpets and hall could use updating.
the location was great in terms of restaurants and things to see. They have tried very hard to clean the place up and make it middle class nice. It was cheap and comfortable. The varnished wood doors and panelling.
We had a room at the front and the traffic noise was fairly loud. We were really tired and slept through it but noticed it when we woke up. Although it has been cleaned up and painted there are still signs of past life. The mold in the bath is gone but the stains remain making it somewhat unappealing.
broken kitchen taps, fell apart while we sat at the table Food in fridge upon arrival
Near the restaurants
Kitchen faucets broken
Mold in bathroom. Empty crack bag on floor Wallpaper peeling off in every room
Friendly fast check in. Quiet location.
Kettle was in oven. It had water and cigarette butts in it and it stunk when we opened the oven door. Air conditioner did not work.
Room was quiet
Air conditioner did not work or tv and there was a pull out couch and it had mouse dropping on the mattress so we did not use it we were only there for one night we were gone by 10.00 am
It was sort of like being on the set of my very own horror movie.
There was mold on the ceiling in our shower and stains on the ceiling in the room. There was an old spoon behind the nightstand, the curtains were torn, and all the cups/plates in the cupboards were disgusting. The air units didn't work so they put a fan in the room but that was broken too. There were cigarette burns in the top blankets and the cupboards/drawers were off kilter and didn't open/close properly.
Everything!. No matter how much of a deal you are looking for do not settle for this place!! Was scared to even take my shoes off!! Had to ask for a can of air freshner just to make it through the night!!! Avoid at all costs!
The staff was excellent and very accommodating.
Don't be fooled, this motel doesn't look anything like the picture. It's old, looks dangerous, and the location is subpar at best.
The Aircon Didn't Work Or Two Power Points
Great location, lots of amenities and restaurants close. Big park close with lots of trails to meander around. Kitchenette in the room.
Rooms need some updating. Parking was tight. The electrical sockets were in rough shape, nearly unusable.
Big family room
Mold on ceiling. Used condom on ground parking lot
Motel is unsafe , smell smoking, toilet is leaking, no shampoo no hair dryer..,no convenience at all, price is expensive compare with other....
Pretty run down. Air conditioning didn't work. Noisy location. Generally old and run-down.
Rooms are large - really big!
The hotel feels really run down and our room badly needed a makeover: damp in the bathroom, cardboard fixed over tiles, wallpaper peeling off, old bedcovers, and worst of all, the room smelt of urine. Bizarrely, though it had a kitchenette and 3 double beds, the room had only one mug, no cutlery and no kettle / coffee machine or tea / coffee. If the hotel was decorated and clean then it could be a good option, but in its current state then I'd suggest looking elsewhere
Relly nice pictures on the walls.
Fairly noisy, traffic!
-it was a place to sleep, -wi-fi was available, -the clerk, Steven, (bless his heart) was able to find some shampoo that was likely someone else's, he also helped to carry my things up and back down the stairs so I could navigate them (I'm disabled), -the Art Deco light fixtures and dining table, which I think is original to the building, -it had free underground parking,
-was on the second floor, above the "smoking" rooms-Heaven help me if they started a fire below me! -no elevator for those disabled, -the only way to lock the door, was a turn knob that staff have a key for, the chain was removed but left the slide there, the bar to move over a latch was removed. So much for feeling safe/secure should someone try to get in while I was away or asleep, -in addition to having cash to pay for the night, I was charged another $100 as "security deposit" before I could see the room with a promise I'd get it refunded as long as I didn't cause damage or steal anything, -I took pictures and videos of the room and its condition immediately to protect myself from false claims of damage showing: the lack of locking mechanisms on the door, the missing drawer of the kitchenette shelves, the broken refrigerator handle, the missing shelves in the refrigerator, the lack of ice cube tray, the refrigerator extension cord that was lead from the refrigerator cord across a walkspace and under the bed and plugged in across the room (a tripping hazard), the refrigerator didn't even work! if I'd used the kitchenette, there was no dishwashing soap or towels to dry the cookware, plates, etc, -I didn't even try to use the oven/range. It probably wouldn't have worked either. There was only a tea kettle and a fry pan. No toaster either, -the table lamp was missing the switch to turn it on or off and had to have the cord plugged in or out to turn it on or off, -the microwave, if it worked, shared the power outlet with the lamp, -the bathtub was narrow and lacked any non-slip strips or rubber mat and the sides curved up in a way I almost slipped and fell twice but caught myself, -there was no complimentary soap or shampoo.
needs a lot of work things were broken in the rooms non working appliances like air conditioner micro wave in the original room I was in drawers were broken lots of flies in the room by the air conditioner thus why I moved to another room this motel needs a lot of TLC It would be a great place to stay
equipment a bit aged
not properly manage and not standard clean room and beddings are not in good shape stain.dirty.
Price and location were okay, good off street parking
Worn and shabby, in room fridge was broken, temp controls were backwards on the shower, leading to confusion.
The service was good especially Tyson and Bindhi.
Strong smell of Drugs and cigaretts. I know for sure your hotel does meet Building Requirements. My suggestion is to store all your belongings in storage and rebuild the entire building. Call me back when its complete. I'll come to stay. You should join venture with a Developer and go 50% 50%. All the best. Grace Somasundram
