Being on the ski hill
A bit small for 6 people
Our units are facing the river, it's beautiful!! Place is quiet and clean. Staffs are really friendly and most are working holiday from other countries. It's fun talking to them.
We stay at the top floor and there is no elevator, we have one family with small child that needs to bring everything and walk from basement to 3rd floor. The building itself is pretty old, but the room is ok.
Location and weather was excellent
only the courtesy of the front desk agent who transfered me to the upper level of the resort, which is much better than the beatup 1980's or maybe older lower level building. Only good for skining in winter I guess, but will not go there again.
building too old, too old furniture, not properly cleaned, broken blinds, no BBQ's, no proper signage as to where to go
The pools were great, lots of activities for the family to enjoy.
We stayed in Toby Creek, lower village condos. Had to drive to main pools, no parking there. Old condo. Did not feel clean, floors were dirty. Long way from exterior doors to room, lots of trips with luggage on stairs. Living room seating was situated so that you couldn't face eachother to visit. Kitchen was adequate. Door to the room our kids slept in did not deadbolt, we felt uneasy about that. Check in is 5 pm. Overpriced room for what we got.
Activities Pools Kitchens
the facilities - so many activities
walkway going to the rooms needs replacement.
No housekeeping. No dangerous drinking water warning. No WIFI. Dated rooms. Noisy. No shops in village only one small general store. Assigned underground parking spot full and terrible rundown place. Signs say no pets but are everywhere. No actual lodges and signage terrible. All this for a ridiculous high price.
Everthing. We had fun. So many activities you can do in the village and close to the area.
Location. Toby Creek condo facing the river. Swimming pools, sauna, kids program.
Program courses are on a higher side ($ value).
It was located on the ski hill..... and close too a ski lift that was outside our door....
That it was old area. Down at the bottom of the village. The suite was also old. Again old furnishing 80' style....Good God. Come on. Add some paint too the wall. Rip out the carpet. Bigger t v....Get rid of all the lighting or should I say just gut the place.... Either then that the building in nice shape.... I m sure they made some extra $$$$$$$ in the years.... ;)
The price was good and the location was great.
