Excellent suite room, very spacious and clean. Excellent facilities with kitchen, microwave, fridge, minibar. Very nice bedroom in suite on top (17th) floor. Somewhat expensive. Across from hospital with very loud ambulances at somewhat frequent times. Bathroom somewhat old, cracked sink. Bathtub/shower could be nicer.

Hotel looks great and has great facilities. In the centre of Toronto 1 minute walking from Eaton Mall and less then a minute to Dandus square. Room are huge and very comfortable. the airco makes a lot of noise and at night the airco's on the hallway are noisy and running with full speed fans. The beds are wrapped in plastic with a cotton top. So you sweat like hell at night.

Loved the hardwood floors, always wonder what kind of germs are lurking in carpets. Beautiful room, friendly staff. A little difficult to find from the cross street.

The staff was extremely helpful and more than accommidating to our needs. We were helping a friend out that was in need all day and they extended our Valet parking for us and held our luggage. They went above and beyond their call of duty. For that we are greatly appreciated. It was a very nice stay. Thank you!!

Fantastic location, great vibe, excellent staff! Came for a night in Toronto for my boyfriends birthday -and were not disappointed! We were pleasantly surprised when, after dinned with friends there was live piano at the piano bar! We enjoyed a martini before heading back out for some dancing! Friendly, courteous staff -and again -the location cant be beat! Clean, spacious rooms, cool urban vibe! Would definitely stay again! Nothing we didnt like! fantastic from beginning to end!:)

Hotel is centrally located. Close to Eaton Centre and Dundas Square and numerous restaurants. The bed was very comfortable. The room was smaller than expected based on photos. The common areas were a little worn.

Centrally located. Close to subway. You can walk everywhere. Rooms are too dark. Hard to put on makeup in bathroom, can't see well even when both lights are on. Asked reception to replace bulbs in the bathroom, ( there was 2 burned out), nothing happened during the 5 days we stayed there.

The staff was super friendly and catering. The location is unbeatable. And even though the regular prices are a bit steep, they are in line with the rest of downtown Toronto. If you get a good deal through a 3rd party website or a promotion, TAKE IT. ATM wasn't working. Valet wasn't included in the price.

Very friendly staff --- they were very accomodating and easy to talk to --- helpful and the hotel was very clean and our room was quite luxurious and special --- liked the idea of a mini-bar and mixers in the fridge --- we didnt use it this time but it was nice to know that it was available ---- there was a kitchen in the suite which we didnt use but its nice to know that they do have rooms like that --- hope to stay at the hotel again on a more extended visit --- would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends --- it is in the theatre district and just around the corner from the eatons centre which is great ----- everything is within walking distance ---- actually was very impressed with the desk staff --- very nice personalities ................. hard to believe but i have nothing negative to say about the Pantages ---- it is very well run

The suite we had was beautiful - the price was completely worth it and a great value. We had a private kitchen, beautiful view of the city at night, a very clean room and large bed. Bathroom was nice. This was one of the best places I've ever stayed at - we were very comfortable spending time here. Parking in Toronto is just terrible altogether. Fees everywhere!

The location was ideal. The mini kitchen & washer and dryer were very usefull. The room was small but nicely decorated. Upon arrival at 2:30am, we needed to wait for the person to assist us. The person was clearly lacking soft skills and customer service skills. He told us to sign a release form without letting us read it, proceed of charging me 700 $ on my card when the booking was 388$ + txs and told us after the payment was taken. He informed us of a 150 $ secutrity deposit that turned into a 200$ one. That security deposit to be mailed to us, if any, in 3 weeks !?! It was the Carabana week-end, we were not told nor there for this event, but it prevented us fromhaving guest in our room. And all their charges werte higher due to this. The front person did not warn us nor was willing to assist us pertaining to the extra charges added on the bill. The price was not matching the info provided by Booking.Com Even if we asked few times for an extra bed via booking.com and got confirmation, it was not there and we had to get to the front desk at 3 am to request it. The Hotel manager and day time staffed redeemed the global experience but there was so much he could do to help. We met other travellers who were unhappy about the hidden fees as well.

Great location for accessing city. Staff very helpful. Rooms comfortable and modern. Should have free internet. Parking costs over $20/day. Not much parking in front - only one valet at a time but even though they are very busy they are still friendly. Would like to see lower cost.

Feels like it could use a sprucing up... Furniture is looking old etc. Room service menu is not very extensive - hope you like chicken wings and pizza! This is not a luxury hotel and is not "chic" and inviting.... Maybe it was 10 or 12 years ago but Toronto has grown up around it and this place has stagnated.
