Really lovely Hotel. Plenty of space after staying in hotel rooms. Torgay the owner was really helpful and took a personal interest in our stay. Would stay there again but in an upper floor suite. Because of wooden floors, and the people in the suite above us were stomping around like elephants, it was very noisy and irritating. However once we let reception know what was going on, they went to talk to them about it straight away (I swear they had a trampoline up there). This is not the Parc Suites fault so I would stay there again, in an upstairs suite.

First class, friendly staff, handy to walk downtown, near metro, plenty of public transport. Only the location, too many pan handlers in the area, scruffy. No problem with safety/ security just a little seedy.

The owner's son greeted us at the front desk and was very professional, friendly and helpful, what an asset! The rooms were absolutely gorgeous with a lovely finish to them a good attention to detail. The view was limited, but then you are right I the centre of the city!!

The comfortable, clean suite with full kitchen. The comfortable king- size mattress with full-coverage sheets. The excellent hospitality and helpfulness of the manager and the staff. The "free" in-and-out parking. The accessibility to some of the city's highlights. The long set of stairs from the street to the hotel lobby and floors. The "sketchiness" of the area: from the homeless panhandlers to the dirty/smelly alley way access to and from the parking area behind the hotel. The area was probably safe (as per the hotel's word on this issue), but didn't always "feel" safe. We would recommend this hotel with reservations.

The little apartment really did have everything we needed, and the staff were very friendly in greeting us. The wifi was great to have, although the download speed was slow - not streaming. Bed was very comfortable, and my son enjoyed making a little nest for himself in the living room with their very soft blankets. We were at the top of the stairs, which was a bit of a climb after a long day. Unfortunately, the alley between the hotel and the parking seems to be used as a toilet by some of the folks who hang out in front of the depanneur.

Parc Suites was in a great location, and had all the amenities. It was great having a suite and being able to prepare some food in the room and store stuff in the fridge. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. Would definitely stay here again!
