The staff were very, very accommodating. The room was clean and beautiful. I can not think of a thing - it was a very positive experience and I will definitely book there again.

Great roof bar There was blood on the bathroom mirror - I called the front desk and they did immediately send up the cleaning staff who appologized and cleaned the mirror. It was suprising that at a Hyaat that they could miss what looks like someone with a nose bleed leaving finger prints on the bathroom mirror. I am not expecting anything and do not want anything but it would have been a nice gesture if the staff would have offered me something complimentary for the inconvienence.

Check-in. Concierge service. Valet Parking - all prompt, professional. Room was comfortable, as was the bed and linens. My wife wanted to use the spa for her birthday, but was told it was fully booked for the day. She left disappointed. Also, and more disappointingly - we wanted to go to Annona for lunch (without a reservation). The hostess told us that 50 - 60 guests were just about to arrive and that she didn't know when we might be seated. But then said it might be five minutes. I was clear that if it was going to be five, I would stay. If it was going to be 20, I would leave. I feel that she only did not want us to leave and lose our business - ie she lied through her teeth! We waited 15 to 20 minutes before being called. The lunch was excellent, as was the table service. I did not appreciate being lied to by the hostess.

The warmth and Hospitality shown by all staff coupled with the cosiness and comfort that the Hotel had to offer. We loved every minute of our Stay! Nothing springs to mind at the moment

Location This hotel is way overrated, it doesn't deserve to be 5 stars, many 4 stars hotels In toronto are better and less expansive, - my resrvation by booking.com wasn't there when i arrived And this seems to be the rule with this hotel( read previouse reviews) - they don't have coffee mech in the room, these days even 2 stars hotels offer coffee mech! - in short: if you are looking for 5 stars experience choose other hotel

When we arrived and there was no record of our booking. After a few minutes, they told me they did have a room fortunately. They never told me why they did not have the booking on file, but did manage to charge my Visa from the booking. I am waiting to see if I have been charged twice for the same room.

room was clean i did not anticipate being woken up at 7 in the morning by a constant drilling outside and i mean loud! as in they are demolishing/remodeling the building across the street and quite frankly it made it unbearable to stay there

Great location and staff. It is a bit corporate - normally I would stay somewhere a little smaller and more 'boutique/individual' but we were there for a wedding so it made sense to stay there.

Jo in your bar on the roof was superb. Knowledgeable on surrounding areas and warm friendly approach. Comfortable beds and lovely shower! Views were great and tea with bagels delivered to room in morning were fresh and yummy No tea and coffee facilities in room. Previously stayed at Westin Prince Hotel before and Holiday Inn by the Falls, Niagara and although different standards, both offered tea and coffee in room. There should be separate entrance to Spa as walking through busy lobby in bathrobes not ideal for this standard hotel.

Large bathroom that was modern. Newspaper delivery in the morning. Deadbolt door. Automatic light in closet. Ice bucket filled on arrival with bottled water. Elevator had nice decor. Attractive carpet in room and clean white linens. Duvet. Flat screen TV. Free wi-fi. Temperature control in room was easy to use and room warmed up/cooled down quickly. Close to subway. No coffee pot in room. Locked mini-bar (I declined the key at check in, however, I find it disrespectful as a guest to be locked out of anything in my own room). There was a large black hair under one of the water glasses in the bathroom. Packaging for the complementary toilettry items was brown cardboard--looked very unluxurious. White robe was stiff and unluxurious feeling. Furniture in seating area was very hard--not luxurious or comfortable. One of the lamps was unplugged. Requested a city view but room was located facing another building. View was not private. Pillows were all too big and stiff. TV not centered between the beds. Would have preferred a light that could have extended over the bed for reading. Night light would be an asset.
