Park Town Hotel  

Beds were comfortable..food was very good..very nice view from room

Had to pay extra for parking.. should be included in hotel price. not to many people go to a hotel without transportation.. SunLight shone right in our eyes in the morning and curtain couldnt be adjusted..pool was dirty.. water leak in the ceiling in restaurant right by our table when dining

Location, staff was excellent. Highly recommended.

Refridgerator and air conditioner were noisy. I could hear the vehicles on the highway.

Toilet overflowed and it took 2.5 hours to clean up on the morning we were leaving. The restaurant had terribly greasy food.

We checked in late and the hotel was full, but the front desk staff were very accomodating and made sure that we had everything that we needed. They went above and beyond what we would have been satified with and it made us feel like welcomed guests.

Great location,very clean and helpful staff. We'll stay there again and would recommend this hotel.

Convenience to the Prairie Brass Band Festival at 3rd Ave church. Good food, service in restaurant.

Wouldn't accept American Express. Noisy neighbours. Extra fee for parking.

I really appreciated when I asked if my room had a view of the river and when I was told no the staff member immediately checked for an upgrade at no extra cost. When I entered my room I was totally pleased and grateful for the room I was provided. Thank you

The beds were really comfortable as were the pillows

When I booked for my daughter and I they didn't ask how many beds we wanted. So I assumed we would have 2 beds. When we got there we only had 1 bed and when we asked for 2 beds we had to pay an extra $15.00. Hotel was undergoing renovations which took away experience

Construction in the lobby, no internet.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Gorgeous view of the river and within walking distance to city center.

It's noisy because it's located near a busy road.

When checking in on my last business trip, I discovered that I had made a mistake when booking on line. The staff were calm, competent and accomodating with my somewhat hysterical insistance that I had not made a mistake about the price of the room; which I had. I was too flustered to realise it at the time. I was surprised when they upgraded my room, which I hadn't asked for, but when I arrived in the room I was very pleasently surprised with the room's appointments. The spa tub was wonderful!!!!!! In spite of renovations being done to the lobby, the hotel was very clean, comfortable and the staff were polite and efficient. Well done!!!!

I found the room hot, and couldn't reduce the room temperature by turning down the thermostat. (The heat of the room was probably increased when I used the spa tub.) Maintence brought me a fan which made sleeping bearable. I would suggest that this room that faces the west, will be very hot in the summer if the tub is used, air conditioning not withstanding. The room was on the 4th or 7th floor.

We had a very relaxing weekend. Quiet.

The room was very comfortable and well appointed. I loved the view over the Saskatchewan River and the great location by the river park and downtown restaurants.

The lobby was under construction with exposed structure and drywall everywhere. The staff seemed less welcoming than the could have been.

View was nice room was a good size and comfortable

Tv remote did not work and the price of the room is extremely high compared to edmonton or calgary

I had the worst experience of my life at this hotel. I was alone and traveling on a medical emergency. I had to check in very late and got to sleep after 2am. At 4 am a security guard let himself into my room, yelled at me and left. I was scared to death. I had the dead bolt on but he still got in. I called the front desk and received a very lame apology with no explanation. I was hysterical after such a scare but was not offered any remedy. I got no sleep after that and checked out as soon as I could. I did not pay for my room although they still charged me for parking. I received no apology at checkout. I would tell everyone to avoid this hotel at all cost.

Room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly. Restaurant was quite acceptable.

Hotel was under rennovation. Inconvenient but staff was rather accomodating. There was a fridge in the room but completely empty. Would prefer to have had a selection of drinks. Vending machines for drinks and water but at $2.00/bottle, it was expensive and vending machine in the lobby area was not working. The empty little fridge was very noisy. Heating unit also was extremely noisy.

Price, location, Underground Heated parking, Excercise room and Pool, Comfortable (Clean and Quiet) room and lastly, the Hotel and restraunt staff were great.

Couldn't get the coffee maker to work in the room; Didn't stay long enough to find any major dislikes.

I didn't like that they were renovating, and did not post anything on website. I asked staff at front desk why it wasn't posted there and she rudely said well its been posted in the lobby for a month.

The bed was great. The view of the bridge and the river from my room was fantastic.
