It's close to the creekside gondola, The place overall is okay.next time I would save up for a better place.
Staff closes very early. During the day the front desk looks like a day care and very messy. The wifi is non existence.
Friendly staff Great apartment Nice hot tub and Sauna Good price Close to the creekside gondola
For 3 nights in whistler during the peak ski season this was great. Clean room. Easy access to the main road.
WIFI was nonexistent. Took for ever to connect but never worked. Being from the U.S. I needed wifi to communicate with others in whistler. We were able to manage but even without daily room service at least someone to take out the trash would be nice.
Easily walking distance to creekside lifts Was warm awesome staff good room size would stay again
only one washing machine but turn around time was quickly so wasn't really a biggy, maybe if this facility could be open after 9pm? Nothing major
location and facilities were all we needed
very noisy neighbours, till very late and no one on reception to tell them to keep quiet
Staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much hassle. The indoor spa and sauna were perfect after a day on the mountains.
The room next door to us was quite noisy and it would have been good to have bowls/plates/cutlery in the room.
Near a cool bar but no noise at night. Walking track v close. Parking great and ten min walk to gondola at whisker creekside. Got slippers room had big coffee maker and good sized fridge.
WiFi kept dropping out.
The hotel is conveniently located a 10 minute walk from the Creekside gondola that will take you up to Whistler mountain. The staff is friendly and will offer tips on what to do around the area.
Internet simply does not work. The network is very unreliable and when you do get connected, the speed is compared to dial-up (at best). The hotel does not have an elevator so be mindful to pack light or be prepared to carry your suitcases. Also, there is no daily cleaning service so don't expect your bed sheets to be exchanged daily.
Location Value for money Free parking
Wifi patchy at best Hot tub unusable in morning
Location to Whistler Creekside Gondola was good. Just a 5 min walk. Access to the mtn, stores and shops was very good. Also relatively quiet. The Sauna and Jacuzzi were both fairly new, so they were good, and popular. ( one night we could not get into the hot tub as there were so many people using it )
The Hotel itself, and the rooms are very dated and not well maintained. Our kitchen chairs were falling apart and one even had a duct tape holding it together. Closet doors were broken and off track, so not useable. Fireplace was wood burning, not gas, so had no value as firewood is not offered. We stayed for 3 nights and no maid service is offered, nor even a clean towel or refilling the toilet paper. in, when we tried to get clean towels at 4:20 pm, we found out that the front desk closes at 4:00 pm and only am Emergency number to a call centre is available. No access to anyone at the hotel. The call centre will only forward our message the following day. If you want additional toilet paper they charge you for it. It may only be $1 per roll, but come on, we are paying about $160 per night ! This place really needs some TLC.
Nice place but wifi needs to improved, so slow and a common room area to meet people would be good.
walking distance to creekside gondola; warm room and hot water
need to make a pay phone call for a code to get key after 4pm
Close to a diner
No help with tourist bookings. Too far out of town.
Our studio had a kitchen that we really enjoy. The staff was so prestative. The room was cozy and very clean.
The rate was good if compared to other hotels in Whistler, but expensive if compared to Brazil.
Poolside bbq was great, people, pool and rooms nice. Reasonably priced.
Hot tub broken on night one but repaired by night two. Other guests/residents noisy late night and no help or support was available due to front desk not being staffed during evening or night time hours.
The lady managing reservations was very polite and very friendly. Improved the overall experience of the stay for me.
Has a great location, It was nice to have a Bristo and Cold beer store so close. The Hot tub and pool were clean.
The door to the room was very noisy and stuck closed.
I like that the staff were nice and the price was decent. it was peaceful even though the furniture was a bit outdated
I could barely connect to wifi. Had a bunch of business emails to reply to and they did not send.
Location (not in Whistler), near to all amenities; ground floor only, heated pool, coffee . ..
Paying extra for parking; no staff after 4 pm.
No room Service during stay Old, not very clean, must urgently have an Upgrade!!
Pool and hot tub!
I liked the views and location of the hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodated to our needs. The hotel was quiet and family friendly. The hotel was near to other amenities such as a restaurants, a liquor store hahaha, and stores. There were also walking paths and Nita Lake nearby. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a quiet, laid back hotel.
The hotel was outdated but comfortable. Only small things to complain about like no air conditioning inside the rooms but if all windows were open you got the fresh mountain air which was probably better than fake air. No phones inside the room we had and wifi was a bit slow. But you got what you paid for which we were fine with however if you are looking for the extra amenities in updated hotel this may not be the hotel for you.
The Sauna, the BBQ area and the helpful staff. Location is pretty good..5 mins drive from Whistler village. It's a quiet neighborhood and walking distance to Nita lake and Mountaineer train station.
The place has no elevator. the walls and doors need upgrading. one of the lights in my room didn't work. The reception doesn't run 24 hours. the hot tub wasn't working. the outdoor pool was closed. No housekeeping for the room.
There was much to like about this place. Its location next to Nita Lake and great walking trails to Whistler Village was great. The staff was very friendly and made us very comfortable. And the cost for this wonderful stay was very reasonable providing value for money spent there.
Nothing. I would go again anytime.
