It was very clean and well kept. The room was comfortable, and I loved the coffee bar in the lobby. Beds were very comfortable. Liked the option of the different pillows to choose from. I was hugely disappointed that my breakfast was vouchers and not included full price in my stay. I asked several times on the phone while booking my stay if my breakfast was included. Each time, the person on the other end of the phone said yes. Vouchers were never spoken aobut. I also had to add another $30 to my credit card for the 2 extra guest to have breakfast, and still I had to pay an extra $6. I was misinformed about the breakfast, and not pleased that I have to pay for this. The breakfast was not worth $46 dollars. The eggs benedict was cold, and the only other thing to choose from was hash browns and cold cereal. Not worth $46 dollars at all. If I understood that this was the case I would have booked another hotel that included breakfast in the price of the room. I have stayed with Holiday Inn Express before and have always enjoyed this feature. I will not be staying at this hotel again in St Catharine's the next time I'm there for business.

Propre, abordable, bien positionné pour visiter la région: chutes, vignobles, etc. Piscine de petite taille. Wifi non disponible partout dans l'hôtel.

Chambre tres bien presente, belle literie Pas beaucoup d'eclairage dans la salle de bain. Bien pour le bain mais pour faire sa toilette (barbe, maquillage) pas fort.

30 minutes away from Niagara on the Lake. It was clean. Jacuzzi was great. Sauna was nice too. A little pricey compared to similar rooms from Holiday Inns in other towns

Clean hotel; modern decor in rooms with fridge and microwave. Timothy's coffee shop on ground floor. Dining facility JJ Kapps (not sure if this is part of Holiday Inn or not) in the same complex, food not great dining facility should be upgraded with better quality of food.
