Town centre location .I arrived by Greyhound dropped me of at the hotel No one at reception but large sighn giving number to ring if no one there I missed it went to the bottle shop and the gentleman there helped me check in. New management taken over So the place is in tea cent. Only acomadation at the moment no bar no resturant on premises deli and cafe next door supermarket close sore only on staff member then I only sore one other guest
Lage, sehr zentral.
Alles andere. Absolute shelter and too expensive. I am not accustomed to luxury but this "hotel" is under any level. Small extremely noisy rooms with old equipment, You can hear everything from your Naxchbarn. In this hotel I have forgotten some of the more expensive equipment. No one contacted me. Call I could not reach anyone. @-mail address does not exist. Never again, not a recommendation from me.
This place was honestly the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. No room cleaning/service, one roll of toilet paper for entire stay, bar right next to hotel with was noisy, room and hotel smelled like beer, blinds were broken, no chairs or furniture, 20 year old small television, major fluctuation in hot water. I do not recommend this place to anyone, it was not a comfortable stay. Should have slept in the back seat of my truck and saved the coin
Bed was comfortable, just passing through so was okay for the 1 night stay
room was outdated, bathroom door broken, damaged. no air conditioning just a squeaky ceiling fan, restaurant was not leased for the season, had to travel through town to find other eating establishments. no amenities
Hot water that can't be regulated. No food available.
Music at night, we couldnt sleep untill 4 am
It is clean The bed are comfortable I was not cold, The bathroom is really clean, even if it looks terribly old, it could even be a vintage bathroom !
you can hear everything in the hotel it is expensive for what it is For this price I would expect, at least, a thermostat to control the heat, a decent door, and more phonic isolation, and maybe a kettle to make some tea/coffee. Wifi will be great too.
Economical hotel, located 1/2 hr away from Whistler, so local pricing for all expenses like meals etc. (not Resort pricing). There is also a bus to Whistler to ensure that everyone can take advantage of this opportunity.
The drive was a little tricky in the evenings after a snowfall. The hotel is a little dated. Considering the cost though, excellent value.
Location was great
Everything else. This place looked like it was barely even legal to operate.
Old, run-down, dirty, cold, choppy or no-wifi for 2nd day. Far worse than a Motel6! Won't recommend to any body!
every thing worst stay of my life. the staff suck
No heating, the carpet and the wall paper are coming off. It looks like a dive. It is the ugliest most run down facility I have ever stayed in.
Beds felt new and were comfortable
The shooting that occurred in an adjacent room and subsequent crime scene investigation we became ensnared in.
Close proximity to ski resort and cheap rate
lack of staff presence, too vacant, ghost town feel, other noisy customers wandering halls at 3AM, closed and out-of-business restaurant
The whole place needs a little upgrading. Take a trip through Canada and stay at hostels to see how much nicer the cheapest of accommodations are. This place smelt bad the moment we started walking up the stairs. The hallway in carpet stink too. The room had no heat controls and was cold. The cost too high to justify for such conditions. The sink was clogged upon arrival. Paint chips missing around the trim in bathroom. We left early and stayed in Squamish instead eventhough it's twice the driving distance to Whistler then Pemberton. Renovate or continue getting negative feedback!
The location and the cleanliness.
The insulation. It was too noisy. We could hear everything. There was a couple beside our rooms and they were awake most of the night.
Proximal to Whistler, classic old hotel, a little seedy but very cost effective
Wifi signal does not reach all rooms.
Nothing! Would not recommend this hotel at all!!!
There was no hot water on arrival. On departure there was no water. We complained and staff were unable to give compensation at that time. It was advertised it was air conditioned but there was only a standing fan put on a table. No kettle to make tea or coffee. No wardrobe fot clothing just 3 hangers on some coat hooks. You could hear the music until 3am from the pub downstairs.
