Location is excellent with close proximity to Whistler. There is a great selection of restaurants to choose from in the area as well, ie. The Pony & The Woods. This property has paper thin walls and floors and you can hear everything. The night we stayed was meant to be a relaxing couple's weekend that turned into a sleepless one because of excessive noise from neighbouring guests. 3 calls to the front desk between 2330 and 0130 and finally the noise subsided or we finally passed out from exhaustion. An apology from the front desk was offered but that did not help with our sleepless night. At least the offer of some sort of rebate or discount for a future stay would have been acceptable. Further, our small dog accompanied us for the weekend and the hotel's fee for pets is exorbitant. $45 for up to 2 dogs for 1 week is the policy and charge. That being said, it is the same amount for 1 dog for 1 sleepless night. That is unacceptable. The hotel does not provide any dog amenities and if they did then they were not offered to us. We travel with our own supplies and did not need or want for anything. If this fee is a cleaning fee then this is ridiculous. The room fee includes cleaning for human use so there should be no difference for a little dog unless of course a mess was made which in our case no mess was present. If the hotel wishes to charge a fee, then charge those who abuse the facilities and do not respect the other guests on the property.

We loved everything about the Lodge ... from the minute we walked through the front door until the moment we checked out! The space is amazing and beautifully designed, the rooms are spotless and the whole atmosphere is very welcoming. One night was not enough ... I can see coming and spending a week with great pleasure. On our cross-country drive, it was the best hotel accommodation we found anywhere.

The room was quiet with a nice balcony on the front. It was a slow week-end so I'm not sure if it would be quiet during a holiday week-end. We liked the pool and hot tub after a long day of hiking. We also like the proximity to our hiking destination. It was nice having a kitchenette so we could make breakfast in the morning and keep drinks cool in the fridge. There were limited good dining facilities in town.

Everything! Best part was the free bike rentals! Biked to town, biked on the trails behind the hotel, on one mile lake, it was awesome. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Hotel was pretty nice. Enjoyed the pool (a little small but still a great atmosphere). Just overal had a great time and would definately stay there again. Nothing. Pemberton is definately not lively by any means like Whistler at night, but if this was located in Whistler it would be a $500 hotel a night.

We found our room practical and comfortable. We were able to cook a meal and eat comfortably there. My wife enjoyed her swim and I, myself, a bike ride! My only complaint is that I found that the young staff were not as friendly as I believe that should have been. The staff at the front desk might have been a little warmer. See above comment.

Stayed here several times best accomodation in the area, quiet, secure parking, clean, walk to town, restaurants. Unusual "cube like" pillows are quite hard, the very worst thing about this resort. Actually can't use them for sleeping, we roll up towels.

The nicest place in the area. Nice views of the mountains, quiet, secure parking, welcoming staff and check in lounge. Very clean, most units have kitchens, comfortable beds. Have stayed here before and will again. 5 minute walk to Restaurants.

The location was great. Away from the usual crowds in whistler Breakfast was abyssmal. Cello wrapped muffins and two pieces of fruit... A bruised banana and a dry orange. For $12, could have been at least a fruit salad. The shower was deadly slippery and when I brought that to the staffs attention I was told the cleaning products make it slippery. Problem was, it wasn't cleaned to a buff polish anyway. There was no lounge and no services other than breakfast which the only morning we ordered, was forgotten and delivered late.

What we paid for two nights here was almost less than one night in the village! A short relaxing drive from the ski resort to Pemberton Valley Lodge was easy and the surrounding views were epic. Quaint little town to get away from the busy-ness of the resort village. Hot tub had cooled down considerably as we went to soak after our day of riding due to an issue.

Nice large suites with full kitchen and laundry facilities. Couldn't get spots on the ski shuttle to Whistler amd was never told it was first come first serve limited capacity despite numerous phone calls asking about the shuttle. My husband had to make the one hour round trip drive to get the kids on the hill, and it was a HUGE disappointment and inconvenience. Fireplace was electric and produced no heat and the outdoor hot tub was warm, not hot
