Beautiful, well looked after resort and friendly, helpful staff.
No restaurant or pub in the lodge, had to drive into town to eat. Hot tub was not hot.
The staff are courteous and personable The rooms are spacious and clean The pool is an oasis on a smoking hot day! A great place to lounge... The grounds were spacious.
Air Conditioning a little cold for me-no biggie
Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location and good facilities.
Kitchen utensils rather sparse.
good clean facilities
tried to add on a new charge of $3 per day despite my prepayment. after some discussion they agreed not to charge it.
Quiet nice place to stay. Room was clean.
Small discrepancy on price. Management added an additional fee after the online booking. I did not argue it, but felt that they should have waived the $6 + taxes (to cover miscellaneous things like business centre use, wifi, water bottles in room.)
Awesome service! Every request We had was met with a smile and when we forgot our laptop charger in the room they offered to mail it us for free! Great pool and hot tub and BBQ. Free movie rentals, very clean rooms!
Bed felt a bit bouncy/springy but certainly not the worst for the price!
Did not like that the furniture was dirty and stained. Cloth couches and chairs should be covered or cleaned after every guest check out. I was uncomfortable sitting on the couch the arms and seat cushions had food imbedded in the fabric and stains. Yuk!
Hot tub still not working after a year of the same excuse that a part is on order. Bath tub was dirty. No towels were available from front desk when we went to the pool.
I like everything
Room, nice bathrooms, cider in reception
Hot tub not very hot, wouldn't provide extra bath towels
Quiet, clean, ...not crazy Whisler.
Card readers for doors and access to elevator worked very poorly1
It was perfect for my young family. We were able to cook our meals and relax after a full day of skiing. The beds were very comfortable and room temperature perfect at all times. Also very quiet.
It would have been nice to have a couple of time options for the shuttle going to Whistler and coming back.
The one bedroom was great for a weekend get away with my husband. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils etc but no staples like S&P. Heated pool and hot tub and new steam room were great after a long day out in the cold. Didn't use gym but it was nice to have there and free parking.
The cleanliness could have been better. Found some sort of dried up 'thing' under a table and bathroom sink was dirty.
The Pet charge for a 1 nite stay was excessive. $45. Versus $25 @ Whistler.
Hot water out door swimming pool, and hot tub. Kitchenette, complimentary shuttle to Whistler ski slopes, nice cozy clean and welcoming hotel.
Nice rooms. good location.
exercise room could be upgraded. Prices a bit too high.
I took my boyfriend to pemberton for his birthday as he loves the snow and mountains! The views are incredible and the price what you get is pretty fair. I think the photos of the studio rooms need to be updated on the website because it doesn't do them justice. I was hesitant before as I usually stay in a one bedroom suite but we were very happy and impressed with our studio. I wish it didn't cost twenty dollars for a balcony ans it would have been appreciated if in the confirmation I was told that my request wouldn't have been granted because it's an added festure. Instead I had to call to confirm ans found out about the additional charge. Kirsten checked us in and was seemed very uncomfortable doing her job, not a people person. We also broke a bottle of wine in our room and called down for help. She came up with a broom and swept medeocurly swept the glass. There was a broom in our room so we coukdve easily done that ourselves. Instead she left pieces of glass everywhere and left the floor soaked. We had to lay towels across the floor and wear shoes so I can cook without cutting my feet. None of my requests for were met or even addressed. Overall it was a great time and good stay.
Rooms were great and very clean. Outdoor pool and hot tub a good bonus
The marvellous hot cider in the foyer. Our toilet malfunctioned so we were then upgraded to a fantastic one bedroom on the third floor. Very happy with the service we received.
The price was a little expensive for my taste.
This place is a quite germ in whistler...
Friendly staff, location, room size
Price, does not offer long-stay packages
Very quiet room.
A little dusty. Room overall a little overpriced.
room is well equipped, staff very friendly, exellent pool side, very relaxing, field to play badminton.
It was clean.
Had hoped to stay around the pool for an hour or so after our 11am check out. Was told we weren't allowed, a bit mean i thought when the pool area wasn't busy. also no cafe on site.
