Like to gazebo a place to relax

The location was PERFECT! Near absolutely EVERYTHING! Excellent customer services and we had a very good deal (not expensive). It was comfortable and we had access to the pool! Very very important to me.

There were no restaurant in the hotel... But I think it was on renovation or something like that...

Loved the church and places to sit outside and relax. The bed was very comfortable I also liked the movie channel

Gym equipment that was not working

Haved stayed here at least 5 times, never any problems or dissapointments!

The room does not have fridge and tv was wrong place it in front of a mirror.

it was very easy to find and locate.It a close drive to the Falls and near to the many restaurants on Lundy's Lane.

Price, Pool + Hot Tub, large meeting area on the 2nd floor for our team to get together at night and comfortable louge. Beds were also very comfortable.

Had a bug issue in the plants on the pool deck which made relaxing around the pool a little uncomfortable. Rooms were actualy quite clean however along the base of the wall seemed to have a powder substance that I suspect to be ant poison as we had dozens of dead ants along the base of the wall near window that should have been cleaned up a little better. That said, we didn't have any live bug issues in the room.

quiet, simple, price

Room clean, front desk friendly and helpful even though we checked in after 11 pm. Very good price through booking.com, walking distance to food, shopping and movies, very short drive to wal-mart plaza and short drive to falls and falls attractions. Have stayed here 3 times, never any complaints!

I enjoyed the pool it was kept cleaned and very nice! Was so warm and that's a nice change was like getting into a relaxing bath!

The gentleman that was working front desk was rude, while at the hotel you have to sign a sheet to get towel for swimming that really sucked because the guy behind the desk had to give them out and this man saw me standing their for a good 5 mins as my husband was clearly getting upset and it was around 10pm so he heard us talking while he sat at his desk on the lab top he didn't move! The hotel was pretty empty and so that was rude, we stayed at many hotel/motel and had better service than what we received their!!! For that reason I likely wouldn't return with my family! When u pay to get away you should reseive better servise!

There is something about the hotel that made me feel at home. It could have been the decoration

I would have preferred to have a mini refrigerator so I could have cold water.

We had human hair in our bedding, most of the electrical outlets did not work, wifi kept going in and out in one room.

When I booked I requested a roll way bed ($10) but we did not need this bed when we got there so I cancelled it. Because the money was taken out of my Visa way before our trip I was told by the staff that we could not get that money back. I paid for 3 rooms. 2 nights. Also, After I arrived I called down to the office to request internet access. I was told there was a $5,00 charge so I didn't bother as I've neve had to pay for this servbice before. On booking out I discovered we had actually paid for interenet acess when we oringinally booked. I feel taking out the charges before the stay is wrong for these very reasons. It's a shame because we enjoyed the stay otherwise.

Location, value friendly staff

It was very basic, but very clean.

There is no refrigerator nor micro wave. If there are added to the hotel facility, it would really be great.

No fridge nor microwave and the internet conection is really poor.

Honestly, it was really difficult to find. It is next to the entrance to the QEW as you know..... VERY confusing but worth it.

Lack of internet access from hotel room Room was pungent with cigarette smoke, despite being on a non-smoking floor. Brought to receptions attention, but no opportunity to change rooms was offered.
