Pool was nice and warm Beds very comfortable Decor was very nice Nice and qiuiet
Not enough towels in bathroom Blinds on window but no curtains so made it too light in room at night
The pool is right by the lobby and bar so if your traveling with kids you can get schmammerd while their in the pool, great looking lobby
Attended a wedding outside - the facilities outside were very nice.
What Wonderful Staff!! Everyone was so Friendly and helpful, the Hotel was Very Clean, and the Pool was warm ,clean, Great. the room was Nice, clean and spacious, Its close to Food, Shopping, Movies. Continental Breakfast went to 11am. Thank You!!!
the Continental Breakfast was Very Pricey for the Few Food Items, and added Cooked food was $1.99 each on top ,and No mention of WiFi that I was aware of.there was an ad in the room for Food at the Bar by the Lobby but it ended in September. I was disappointed I couldn't get Supper there. My room was facing the Parking lot but the Blinds kept the light out Mostly but Not completely Curtains would be good..and being by the highway it was a bit noisy but livable.
Location, the space of the room.
The windows couldn"t be opened.
This is a hotel that has much going for it in terms of location and facilities. Near to shops and restaraunts. Also areas of interest in the location
Some of the minor things need upgrades. i.e. handle off the drawer in room, bathroom door not closing properly, shower rose and plumbing needs attention. Other than minor things a good hotel.
The location is good for us as we don't like to be too close to the Falls and it's close to family. It's also close to shopping.
The restaurant is a bit more money than nearby places.
So my girlfriend and i were celebrating our 1year anniversary and we had an excellent stay. The staff was nice and helpful, the room was big, and the bed was so look comfortable. ..like sleeping on a cloud!! We would definitely recommend to our friends and will probably stay again!!
The location was ok and the grounds are beautiful.
Was not impressed with the overall atmosphere nor the restaurant. The idea of paying $5.00 per day for wifi which was not even disclosed when I asked for the password was unsettling. It was discovered in the fine prints in my booking.com confirmation.
Loved the fact that it was clean and it was about 10 min from the falls.
The staff was very dull. Didn't seem like she wanted to be working there.
The room is nice and clean and the staff are friendly
The Staff were excellent and friendly. Made you feel very welcomed. Lots of things to do near by.
Only thing we didn't like was our blinds in the room. They would fall down when we touched them. Very minor issue. It was an awesome hotel.
The staff try there best to help
We arrived @ 12:00 AM & we didnt get the room till 1:00 AM, the rooms not ready & not clean we did the beds our selfs the sofa bed not working as a bed, no free brakefast & the rate are too high, i will not choose this hotel again.
Not having a box spring under the mattress is uncomfortable.
I like the hardwood floors. I love the heated pool, jacuzzi and sauna. The room was big. Customer service was okay. Close to the outlet mall. If you need a little peace and quiet after your day at the Cliffton Hill, this is the place to go.
Wi-fi access is not worth the $5 that they charge you since it's either you cannot connect or it keeps on logging you off every 2 mins. I wish they have an express check-out.
California King size bed and in room jacuzzi
Lovely room and quiet.
For the price you pay, paying for internet is ridiculous. I don't know another large hotel that charges. Also, their food choices were poor. And to have to pay for breakfast. You get free breakfasts at Holiday Inn Express, Comfort Inn, Super 8 even.
The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the staff was helpful, and the kids loved the pool so much that we decided not to go to the water park.
The restaurant had an extremely limited menu, although the waiter was really nice. The location (about which you can do nothing) is awkward to access from the west, and it's fairly far away from downtown. Still, I would stay there again.
We had young children with us who totally enjoyed the pool. The temperature of the water was wonderful.
We arrived approximately an hour before check in. I went in to registered for our room and then went out for lunch knowing we were early. Upon returning, we were given our room swipe cards. We opened the door to our room to find that it had not been cleaned. We returned to the front desk to be told that it would be ready in a half hour. An hour later, we inquired if the room was ready. The front desk person went up to the third floor to check on the room which they hadn't started cleaning yet. At that point, our three children (all very young and getting uglier by the minute) started to scream and run around chasing each other. It was rather stressful. We decided to go to the restaurant that evening with our group (13 in total, 6 being young children) instead of going to a restaurant closer to the falls. It was very VERY slow. At one point, we asked the waiter if they only had one deep fryer because our appetizers were coming out two at a time. We then thought maybe they only had a few plates and were having to rewash them so that the next couple of dishes could come out. It is not a full restaurant but only an appetizer and drink restauant. The portions were very small for both food and drinks with a high price. At one point, we had to get a toy from under one of the beds and found an old pizza box from the last guests. Gross! The beds were fairly comfortable except that you would think that they would use fitted sheets for the mattress instead of flat sheets. We were constantly having the tuck them back in. Since the blinds in our room were a light colour, the sun shone in very early which unfortunately meant that the kids woke up early. There is one more thing that seems awfully silly. $5.00 to use the internet. Forget that, we'll go to Tim Horton's and use it for free! Would I recommend this place to my friends? Nope.
Loved the suite room, cleanliness and friendly staff!
Make the $5 continental breakfast a $6.50 one and include the eggs and bacon.
We were greeted by very friendly staff. The place was very clean. It was easy to access. Being close to the road it is very quiet. Its nice that it is not set right on the strip of Niagara Falls as there are many tourists this time of year.
That you can't see the menu and prices for food via online. Those things are important when I am looking at places to stay. That the stay did not include free breakfast or a meal package you could include in your stay.
Rooms - quiet, connected, clean & comfortable, best hotel pillows. Two elevators & rooms close by but not noisy. . Location - convenient for both in town & highway travel to Niagara on the Lake Beautiful landscaping and outdoor area. Good parking. Confusion re continental breakfast was the fault of the person who inquired but staff quickly accommodated our gluten free traveller.
Worked with front desk staff to connect to wifi but never accomplished & staff had no explanation. Returned to rooms late evening to discover that the door to one room was ajar. We had not closed the door between the two rooms, therefore free access to both rooms was possible. High theft risk - thankfully laptop was with us and nothing seemed to be disturbed, but something that should not have happened.
The large beds and bathroom.
The staff and lack of food offerings.
We chose this hotel because it has a pool. The pool was nice.
The staff at check in was strangely rude, the wifi didn't work, there appeared to be dried vomit on the dresser and we were woken up at 4 am by our neighbours. The only toiletries provided were shampoo and soap. (I had to go to a wedding with dry skin and tangled hair!) The breakfast menu in the room was not available in the restaurant which only offered a limited continental. We decided to go elsewhere and were over charged for the coffee they had already poured. This hotel was over priced for the experience.
Loud, not the cleanest, bed felt like a rock, no tv in bedroom, musty room, charged for Internet that didn't work properly. Basically,NOT as advertised. We will never stay here again.
