Accomodations OK. Full size coffee maker in room. Fantastic food in the bar and grill...some of the best burgers! Nice little cafe for breakfast and coffee. Overall, average.
Stairs to get to room on third floor. Facility worn...needs upgrading. Remote location from town. No fridge or hair dryer in room. Wifi not free.
Especially the location.
Dirty carpets I room, filthy carpets at entrances, poor signage to locate room, little path lighting.
Hot pool my son loved it, nice and quiet at this time of year I would recommend it in the winter for skiing and staying just its close to the hill.
The room was still dirty, bathroom was filthy bug in shower, someones razor on floor thinking rooms checkin should be earlier then 5:00 pm when you have to be out by 11:00
The swimming pool was good! Restaurants seemed good quality although were very high in price!
Didn't realise that this place was so far out in the middle of no where! There was a lack of atmosphere out of season, and the rooms were very dated and empty! Stains were present on the carpet! Fire alarm was also quite sensitive, every time the shower was turned on, it appeared to go off! Nothing around the area for around 18km and took around 20 minutes to get to the next town and at this point half of the restaurants on site were closed! There was no microwave or refrigerator, we had a coffee maker but that didn't seem to work!
I liked it when I left and drove back home.
The hotel was dirty, most of the staff were not helpful or friendly. It took me longer than it should to find the building our room was in and when we did find it, it was disgusting. The upgraded room was worse with bodily fluid stains on the comforter and dirt on the walls. You couldn't swim in the pool or drink the water due to it being polluted and a health risk put in place. Becasue of that, there was nothing to do. If you wanted to eat at one of the restaurants on the top of the hill, you had to pay a gondola fee. The horrible list goes on and on...I will never stay here again.
Restaurants are good. Nice hiking trails. Swimming pool and hot pool are good.
Too noisy until 2am. It is not a place to stay if you are an early sleeper and need your rest.
How everything is right there and there is always some thing to do
They did not replace the towels daily
very picturesque location, our kids enjoyed hot pool
Our 2 queen bed room felt really small. There was a huge stain on the carpet, the bathroom did not look inviting (it looked run down), the bedcovers were dirty and there were big yellow smelly stains on each of the bed sheets. We had to bring our own pillows and blankets from the car. The room was located above the restaurant; it was very noisy in the evening and late night, so we couldn't really fall asleep until the restaurant was closed (around 3 am) .
I have never stayed in a hotel that was so poorly maintained. The hallways were absolutely filthy, staircases were unsafe, holes in walls, edging on stairs coming apart, etc... The slide lock in our room was broken. Rug was dirty. Absolutely no soundproofing. Could hear EVERYTHING in room next to ours. No staff anywhere when we had questions. We will never return to this hotel but will definitely return to Panorama.
quite old and dirty with no fridge and microwave? Very hard with kids
I like the swimming pool, the slide and the sauna. The resto is just a walk distance .
That they close the other fun activities early. The horse back riding and rafting were already close when we arrived and some is fully booked that they can not accommodate new travellers. They shoukd close in sept.30 and not aug.31st.
Beautiful area to stay in the Rockies. Absolutely breath taking. Gondola rides from the upper to lower village were fun and convenient. Pools and slide area were nice. Riding the chair lift to the top was fun - wish we would have gone even further up on the second chair for the price we paid.
We booked our reservation here since it was listed as an "accomodation" for Fairmont Hot Springs. It was too far away once we drove up to the village we didn't want to drive all the way back. No frig or microwave in room. Stained carpet in the rooms were nasty you didn't dare walk around bare footed. We felt the places to eat were way overpriced for what you actually got. Ice machine not working and when we mentioned it to staff they knew of the problem but made no effort to correct it. Check in process was not made clear so we ended up at the Pine Inn and had to back track to Central check in to get room key.
Service of the staff and I never went to a hotel where the check in was only at 500pm and check out so early as 1100am. We were attending a wedding at 200pm and could not have our room before to prepare for the wedding.
The room was terrible, the staff was not courteous. It was a horrible experience and we will never stay there again. We cut our vacation short because of it.
Nothing, when comes to summer , winter , i'm Xcountry skier and you don't have that part of winter sport devoloped yet , to bad , you would see me more often .
The scenery & atmosphere were awesome. Lots to do for the whole family.
Thought I was getting a great deal on a nice room, but was wrong. The rooms are clean but very run down & basic. Not even a hair dryer! Should have done more research.
Lots of fun things to do. My grand kids are 8 and 6 and they really enjoyed our short visit. First time there and was really impressed.
Could of had more pillows on the bed. Restaurants should of had food more geared for children, example plain white bread or plain whole wheat grilled cheese or plain bread for the French toast..
Room is not too nice.
The accommodations are reasonable priced the rooms are old carpets dirty Bed was not anchored so if u sat at bottom edge the top flipped up No housekeeping so no clean towels Staff are friendly and accommodating Right beside mountain and close to restaurants
Sorry wrote all on above
Clean towels each day would have been nice. Four people in one room, 3 of which were downhill biking(filthy), use a lot of towels.
staff only friendly those those staying in expensive condos on the property. They seemed put out to help us. The building is poorly marked as to where the rooms are and the parking is on a lower gravel parking lot and then you have to go up flights of steps to the room. We circled the bldg twice looking for the entrance.
Lots to do. Good pools. Great location. Competitive price.
Room facilities limited. On site food not great value for money.
location great size room
rooms need microwave and fridge cleaning staff took our bag of refundable bottles the panokids camp did not follow thru with what they advertise
Needed more shampoo , conditioner. 4 people booked, only enough for 1
