Great north Vancouver site with easy access to downtown
Liked it all!
Hotel location and view was excellent. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Location, Location, Location
Location to market and ferry Modern clean hotel Good sized rooms with balcony Great views across to city
Noise from working shipyard nearby up to 10.30pm on some nights.
Noisy guests at night. No senior's menu--portions were WAY too large

Enjoyed the 8th floor water view with balcony location in Lonsdale. Pinnacle restaurant was very good as were other restaurants in the area. Easy boat commute to downtown Vancouver without the hassle of staying in Vancouver.
We were close to the patio on which wedding parties were held.
Location, views, cleanliness, fantastic food. We had a wonderful time both evening's in the restaurant with our server Shannon (Banito). She was able to recommend great food and drinks and many laughs. Myself and my friend will definitely return to your hotel and we will recommend it to our friends and family. Thank you!!
Close to many restaurants...we loved Burgoo next door...convenient to Lynn Canyon, Capilano Suspension Bridge park and Grouse Mountain which were our destinations.
I really dislike Vancouver's traffic and road system that doesn't have left turn lanes! Regarding the hotel, service at The Lobby restaurant was a bit slow but we were not in a hurry so it didn't matter.
Found it very expensive, especially since a relative paid almost 100 per might less for the same room. Was not happy about that.
Always good staff, great location, quiet and rooms perfect for a hotel
the coffee pot--one cup coffee makers are annoying to those that require a least two cups of coffee in the morning.
The location - lots of restaurants and bars. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. The views. Nice pool and gym.
Not too sure about the blinds between the bathroom and the bedroom! I like some privacy when using the bathroom.
We loved the pool and workout facilities. The location is great for shopping. Such a quick 3 to 5 min walk to the sea bus and city buses. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is quiet!
I was disappointed that there were only 2 bikes for use. And the hot tub was out of order 2 of our days there.
Staff also superb
The view of the water, the room set up was unique, the hotel was walking distance to many restaurants.
Couldn't get a late check out
The location is wonderful, lots of great restaurants and easy access to many areas of Vancouver.
The double beds, not sure why a relatively new hotel would put in two double beds. The window from the bathroom into the bedroom with blinds is ridiculous...I Realize a bathroom benefits from natural light but this is not a great design idea. Also, do not stay on the 8th floor during wedding season. We were kept up until 4am with guests leaving a wedding on Saturday evening.
The room, to which we were upgraded, was large, bright, clean, quiet and comfortable. The wi-fi was excellent. The balcony overlooked the harbor. The hotel is very close to a vibrant indoor market and the water taxi, which takes you to Vancouver and its central transportation hub within 12 minutes. On the Friday night of our stay, there was a lively street fair on the pier outside the hotel. Great food, great fun! The staff is friendly and attentive. Parking is extra, but is not as expensive as parking at hotels in Vancouver proper. When we return, we hope to stay at the Pinnacle.
Not a thing to dislike.
just a short sea bus ride to city
Very clean& view is good
I loved the location, close to seabus and lonsdale bus terminal, fridge, microwave, keurig including pods, quiet, view of the city across the inlet
really no negatives, balcony a bit small, no room for chair/seating
View!! Rooms Service incl. cleaning personnel
Room was modern and clean.
Baby and the entire family was awaken by the noise of drunk people in the hallway. I understand that there was a wedding but security or some hotel staff could have done something about it. People had alcohol bottles in their hands and was talking loud in the hallway.
Easy access to downtown on excellent cheap reliable seabus. Nice small local restaurants within 5 mins walk of hotel, Lonsdale Quay market good for produce and shopping. Fantastic night views across to skyline from jetty ouitside hotel. special birthday mentioned when booking - plate of chocolate covered strawberries in room on arrival!
area is under development, so building noise from 7.30 am could be heard and woke us up even with air con on and windows closed
The staff and rooms were fantastic. Good value compared to downtown hotels.
Getting to and from downtown Vancouver was a bit expensive if taking a taxi. Using the seabus was a good and fun option.
