Excellent location Great size of room and very clean
Very basic kitchen aminities
Clean, spacious, heart of the village
size of unit proximity of all services and activities
We booked a one bedroom suite and it was beautiful: the kitchen was very complete with everything you need, the rooms were big and very well decorated, the balcony had an amazing view and the bed was extremely comfortable! Overall a very good price for a suite that nice!
Even though the balcony had an amazing view on the Mont-Tremblant village, it was also overseeing a nightclub, which means that it was quite noisy, therefore a bit hard to sleep well!
nice location and view
rooms a bit Noisy you can hear your Neighbors quite well , arrival at 4.30 pm but the pool closes at 6 pm ? once unpacked no time left for a quick swim. Next day pool opens at 10 am but must leave for 11 am. Hard to find room even when looking on the map our room number was not even there .
We went off season, end of October. The apartment was very clean, spacious. The location was absolutely perfect, close to restaurants.
It was a bit confusing to finally arrive to the room . I needed to walk on foot under rain and cold winds from door to door , trying to find a way to get to the hotel, because hotel reception is located in another building .
We really enjoyed our time at Mont Tremblant and would have liked stay longer. A real scenic surprise.
The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and they all speak English as well as french.
Reception at the hotel was closed with no instructions as to where to go. It was actually moved to one of the other locations that this company owns. If you are travelling out of season make sure you call ahead to confirm where check in is.
Although it's not convenient to check in and drop off your luging he at this specific location, overall ot was great once installed. We got an upgrade cause it's wasn't a busy time, which was nice, but one of the beds was broken. We didn't use it. Room 366. The view was amazing as our balcony was right on the main strip but we wouldn't want to stay there when tourism it at it's busiest cause it would be very very loud since people are still walking and partying outside and with the room right in the middle of the action.. When u wanna sleep it's not convenient. We shut the window close. Lot trembling is so beautiful certainly in fall seasons. Stayed one night but wasn't enough to see everything it has to offer. Will go back.
Big room, good in room amenities
Check in time too late and check out time to early, at least should have 24 hours
Location, size of room, fireplace, huge balcony, very clean
Coffee machine was broken in my room, aswell as in my friends room
Facilities of the resort were fantastic. Large rooms in apartment, full kitchen with appropriate cooking untensils.
Good location, we chose the loft one bed room, it has 2 balcony, could see the centre of the village and the mountain, good view. Enough space, may live 4 adults and 2 kids. Excellent kitchen with all the accessories.
The kitchen accessories need to be clean completely. Couldn't early check in and late check out.......
Seem like come back home , fresh air
Access to parking was great. Unit was huge. Great having a kitchen.
Noise tended to travel from below.
We liked the location, near everything. Big room and very nice furniture. Bed soft and big.
The parking cost
Super access to excellent restaurants, shops, and activities right outside the entrance door to hotel. Reception was quick to respond to any request such as extra pillows or topping up of supplies. Easy access to underground parking. Hotel room was bright and airy. Windows could be opened for fresh air. It had electric heat and A/C. Flat screen TVs in living room and bedroom. Walk in closet off bedroom. Large enough bathroom.
The television channels were a bit limited and there was no movie rental function but I am not sure if this was a bad thing. We were forced to be out more, to enjoy the areas activities, instead of hanging around the room. We went to the movie theatre to see a movie, which was located a few doors down from our hotel.
I liked the balcony and the view.
I didn't like the fact that I was repeatedly woken up by the sounds of the fridge.
The hotel started to spam me after the stay although I never provided them with my e-mail address (apparently they got it from booking.com) and never gave them my permission to e-mail me.
It was very near the top of the free cabriolet chair. So did not have to walk up the hill.
We , were pleasantly rewarded on arrival with help with our luggage and an upgrade to a suite with elevator access. The suite was spacious comfortable and very centrally situated. Daily service was up to our expectations. Most of what we wanted was just walking distance. Neil. New Zealand.
Location is perfect. Here for Ironman so it was great to stay here in the middle of everything.
Ummmm.....no "lobby:? Weird. Parking garage full of fumes and hot. Really weird way to "enter" your hotel. Sorry I just like a hotel with a lobby and a front desk. This was really a strange set up and they acted like it was no big deal. I also stayed at the Sommet during the Ironman and loved that hotel. I would stay there over the St. Bernard anytime.
