The service was excellent, staff were very friendly and helped with suggestions on parking and seeing the city attractions. Had one issue with the plug in the bath not working correctly; however, hotel staff quickly replaced the plug. |

I was expecting it to be a bit worse for the wear, however, I was surprised to find it clean and renovated. The comforter was nice. The bathroom was nice and I liked the fact that the room had a closet! The furniture in the room was old and long past its shelf life. It needs to be updated. The parking for the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. It needs a better system. Also, it would have been nice if there had been coffee in the room. |

Staff were very considerate. Noticed age and offered to change room to ground floor since there was no elevator. No elevator does not make it easy for seniors. |

Nothing, it was a disappointing experiance. Very upset and frusterated. Everything, Horrible experiance. Bad service. Everything in general wasnot satisfying. Very disappointed. Customer Service was the worst. Front desk, was rude, ignorant and pure of lies. I would not recommend this to anyone. |

During my stay at the Hotel, i do really appreciate how the room was well spaced, organized and with a light scented. it was quite amazing how the hotel was located giving chance to go around the downtown easily and i also appreciate the kindness of those receptionist and the room's cleaners. i just didn't feel comfortable with the breakfast, and the early check out. i was enjoying my time there with my friends from usa that i recommend this Hotel because of the name and location, however, i felt depressed how we had to checked out early, i didn't even know it was my first time in it. but so far, i like this hotel and my foreigners as well |

It is not bad! It offers everything you can expect for this good price. Don't expect great views or a huge breakfast otherwise you might be disappointed. However, bed and bathroom were really ok. I will come again! the staff wasn't very helpful when we go stuck in the snw and ice on the hotel's paking place (even tough we paid $20) |

Clean room with roomy bathroom, fine television and good location. It was nice to get breakfast at the price, but it was pretty weak stuff. room smelled slightly of cigarettes, though i asked for no-smoking room. |
