Carol and Stan were wonderful hosts. They made us feel so welcome and took the time to sit and chat with us in the evening and over a delicious breakfast. It wasn't just a place to stay, it was a wonderful experience. Thank you from your new Newfie friends.

Stan's frittata is so good! We enjoyed the breakfast conversation very much. We liked the decoration of the rooms a lot too.

I wish they had rooms with double beds...

It was very nice that they worked around our schedule to plan breakfast. The food was very good they also asked and listened to our likes and dislikes. We were able to come and go freely and we were not rushed to leave. We would stay there again if we are out that way again!

The owners were very kind. They offered us some wine and we spent a very relaxing evening talking with them in the living room. The house and the rooms were really nice. Very good and large breakfast

Do not arrive to late if you have to dine because the closest restaurants close at 7pm

the house was very interesting, and our room was just what the ad said, very spacious and very comfortable. The owner was very easy to talk to and had some interesting stories.

Stan went beyond the call of duty to provide a weary traveller with an evening meal because the local restaurant was unexpectedly closed. Both he and Carol are friendly, welcoming people who took time to chat with me.

Our very hospitable hosts went far beyond what we expected in accommodating us and pointing us to local attractions and places to eat. We felt they shared their lives with us as well as their lovely old home.
