Barbara was an excellent, knowledgable host. Bed was big and very comfortable.
healthy, gourmet breakfast. outgoing, helpful staff
late time (9.30) of breakfast
We were on the main floor; breakfast was delicious; proprietress was most cordial and helpful. We will stay there again when we return. Quiet.
Room was a bit dark.
Inn Keeper (Barbara) was a great hostess and provided us with many options for activities that were up our alley.
The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.
There was no bottled water in the room. There were no small shampoo, conditioner and shower gels in the bathrooms. There were no bathrobes.
Very good, friendly service and great place to stay. Our room had lots of character and nice details.
Great location near to the town centre. Nice out door pool.
The room needed to be cleaned properly and the floor in our bedroom was particularly dirty with a medicine tablet on the rug which isn't great when you have a baby crawling around, luckily I spotted it before she did. There was no flexibility on the time for breakfast and 9:30am was too late for us as we wanted to get to Niagara Falls before the crowds.
Location and breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed the proximity to the main street, restaurants, and other establishments.I enjoyed conversations with the hostess as well as other guests.
The bed was a bit soft for my wife.
The hosts were very outgoing and accommodating. Clean and comfortable room. Very historic building - nicely renovated but retains its original charm. Close proximity to Main Street, but far enough removed from the crowds.
Nothing not to like.
very comfortable quiet & close to so much. VERY laid back space and a wicked breakfast
didn't have long enough there!
Price was somewhat high.
Welcome was warm. Host was great to chat with. super friendly. Location is great. Right near queen st. Free parking was a perk. Property was nice. Pool area was great to sit at.
Our room was small for what we had to pay. Bed was not super comfortable. In the morning you could hear all the noise of early morning prep from the hideaway room. Black out curtains would have been nice if sleeping in is a concern.
Really impressed with the service and facilities. Was a wonderful break! Cannot recommend enough.
the pool, the breakfast
Location and staff very friendly.
Breakfast for room rate mediocre.
The Post House Inn is a historical b and b, beautifully decorated and well located within notl. Breakfast was delicious, the pool and flat screen TV are extra bonuses.
Everything! Peg is wonderful and makes you feel right at home in addition to the owner Barbara, who is also charming and well informed. They have a lovely pool which was most relaxing at the end of the day after touring the Vineyards. The location is a walk away from everything in town, could not ask for better accommodations.
Only the Wi-Fi was spotty. Not a deterrent.
The room was great and the stuff was very friendly. The location is excellent for weekends.
Welcoming host, great location, excellent breakfast, cozy comfy room. Friendly host gave us great suggestions for dining and sights to visit. Will definitely return to this Inn.
Room was near outside door and other guests decided to go for walk at 6 A.M and had trouble with the lock. Woke me up. I will ask for a room far from the outside door on my next visit.
The location (pretty and quiet but centrally located); the staff; the facilities (although it was too cold or rainy to use the pool); the recommendations we received for area restaurants, wineries, theater, and sight-seeing; the staff who asked what our plans were and did we need any help in making them; our fellow guests who were interesting; the kitchenette; coffee early in the morning.
Everything was good.
Wonderful Inn. The room was cozy , well appointed and had everything we need including comfy beds. The owners were delightful and the breakfast terrific.
A very beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Staff was very pleasant and accommodated my dietary challenges with no problem. Would recommend this Inn to anyone.
I enjoyed everything about this B & B. Most accomodating, great location.
Nothing not to like.
Friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious homestyle breakfast!
Lovely setting, very convenient location, parking, pool, friendly host, exceptional decor, spotless! Walk to the main shopping street and Prince George Hotel, We'll be back.
